Is there a problem if i do these on cables? I just feel the pump better on the cables.Not to mention that i feel some slight snaps and pops in my shoulders when i do them with dumbells.

@jrzy49 why would you want to limit your range of motion? in all cases of little range of motion you do not get the full, thick, strong, toned pecs you are looking for.
@iNNeViTable1, your wrong. Dips are mainly a tricep movement, the chest muscle only become activated at the top or the finished executed movement. Notice in dips the angle of your arms, it's not your chest lifting but tricep.
luimarco...no disrespect, your in great shape & make great videos however the best exercise for a larger chest is not Chest Flys. It is Dips. People can bench 3,4,500 pounds but then you tell them to dip & they barely push out 10 reps. Dips are often overlooked, but I assure you they are the #1 chest exercise.
@rhymingname i am not sure if your question was answered but it is so that you are working the muscles for a long strenuous time, because if you were to stay with the same waight and or go higher you would become fatiuged and want to stop. but wile decreasing waight you are using less waight but you are still working the tierd muscle to its fullest extent

@dbfordateam be careful if you are this young and doing flys. a young persons tendons are more prone to injuries, and the flys are an exercise to do once you are a little more advanced and older

Dear Lui, I tried all the methods and I still feel the barbell bench press and cable machines give me bettter results, I can really feel the burn and each muscle fiber about to explode all throughout the entire chest, especially the inner side of the pecs. When I try the dumbell fly i can only feel the burn on the outside of the pecs and it takes longer and more reps until I can feel a burn. How is that?
how about inner chest? I Do incline decline and flat bench flyes yet the gap remains the same size any lifts or tips for building up the inner pec so there is less space between em?
Now that I think of it, with cables the hardest part is when the hands are together, whereas with dumbbells, the hardest part is when the arms are spread apart, something is going on here...

@CIarKent i think it's best to do heavy first and then taper down the weights. So, as you wana feel the burn, that's why it's called a dropset/burn set. That's just my opinion..
Why no cables? What's wrong with cables flyes? The point with cables is that you DO have constant tension on the muscle, whereas with dumbells, there's low tension in the top position. I'm not saying dumbell flyes are bad, they're great, but with cables there's constant tension from ALL positions of the movement. I don't see what's wrong with that, I think it's great to have constant tension.

@blackutube1 that's pretty easy to figure out by your own... you burn your muscle, and it gets weaker and weaker until you cant continue lifting the first set of weights, but that doesn't mean you can't continue burning that muscle on a lower weight...

Msss, striation, cuts...upper. lower, inner, outer, width, thickness,....in my opinion you have the perfect chest! I guess that's what hard work, desire, dedication and intelligence can do for you. And thank you for helping so many of us. I started your plan and I was already in good shape from lifting etc... I wanted to gain mass so I went with your plan for skinny guys. I have gained 3 pounds in one month. Kudos my friend you should be proud of yourself.

how many warm up sets do you do?
I personally can't reach my max lifting weight unless I first do a few warm up sets gradually increasing the weight.
so I end up doing like 6 sets overall with the first 3 being like reverse drop sets (going up in weight with each set)
is that a good or bad thing?
