A business owner should have the right to refuse service to anyone if they do not wish to sell to them.
Many businesses have:
Dress codes: No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service.
Behavior codes: No fighting or the bouncer will eject you.
Why not have them sign a form stating that they are American citizens in good standing and do not seek to overthrow the government.
No liberal or Muslim will pass that test.
