  • hey is this the same exhaust from american muscle?

  • @carollshelby500 yep same system, i got mine locally though

  • is it true dual or is it like it in kit where come down from headers into one pipe then splits to dual

  • @neilhellmer Yea its just the kit, i still dont have H pipe yet.

  • @venom800 Did you install this yourself? And how would the sound change due to an h pipe? thanks

  • That last rev @ 2:28 won me over, I am considering this exhaust for mine when summer hits. Can't go wrong with MAC.

  • @emperorx1984 LoL, i did the last rev cause the kid riding his bike said nice car hahaha

  • do you kno if this is the direct fit kit ??

  • hey do you know where i can order this exhaust and do you no if it is the 2005 - 2009 Mustang V6 Mac direct fit dual exaust kit

  • @cameron7292 You could buy it from ninosport as far as i remember, it was a long time ago. I personally bought mine from a local Ford dealer. This is a direct fit a from Y-Y make it kinda like a X. Right now the sound is SO MUCH better, its been 3 years since i post this :)

  • sounds amazing bro one of the bst ive heard in a long time, you have custom H-pipe or soething liek that, or you still using the stock y pipe?

  • sounds like a v8 dude, that's interesting

  • Since I've had this exhaust system several people on the streets have asked if my V6 was a GT which is kinda funny. I still think they are awesome!

  • That sounds great! What is the code? I cannot find them online.

  • what website or where did you get the set up from? sounds great

  • Thnx, I got it from my local ford racing dealer, you can buy it from "ninosport" they have it.

  • After I watched this video, I went and got the dual mac exhaust too. It's perfect!

  • Glad my video helped you, im sure after a while you will love them even more. Trust me on that :)

  • Hey man nice video i was plaining on getting one of my 08 v6 its a auto do u think it will sound just as good btw its supercharged so i dont no if it will sound good

  • Thanks. It should sound the same and even better after they break in. Supercharger shouldnt make it sound too different however you need to go true dual with either H or X pipe but mine is the stock Y pipe because im N/A.

  • this was the first mustang exhaust that i fell in love with and i lost it. now i found it again!

i LOVE your car bro! it sounds and looks very sexy

  • Thanks man, glad you like it =-)

  • **** that sounds sick...im gonna get that for my 08 6 for sure

  • Thanks man, definitely go with these =)

  • I don't have the H pipe, it's still the stock Y, I heard by time when the mufflers are broke in, it would get louder and deeper. I think the drone would be less but not gone after a while, try to lower your midpipes as much as possible, it should make the drone better

  • That is probably the best sound i've heard from dual exhausts on a V6 yet. I'm definetly going to get these instead of magnaflow now.

  • Yea i know, Magnaflows are good but i didnt like them in person so i went with this without having any idea how they sound, but luckily they turned out great

  • wow u just made up my mind on what exhaust system i should get, i love! the idle sound, cant even tell its a sixxer, im so glad i saw this vid lol thanx bro

  • thumbs up that sounds like a great barking v6 i love it!

  • do you know if these mufflers are the same as the Mac GT axlebacks??

  • Yep, they're the same

  • im gonna get this setup next week. did you install it yourself?

if so how easy was it

  • I took it to a shop because i didnt have the place and tools to do it myself but the kit is a direct bolt on without no cutting on the pipes. However you need the driver side muffler hangers and cutting your V6 bumper

  • did you just get the hangers from the dealership?

  • Yep i got it from dealer, although i recommend you to get the Pypes hangers from ninosport for $60 a pair + free shipping. I paid $80 for only 1 hanger which you need 2 so $160 dealership or $60 Pypes and it is stainless steel

  • what did you use to cut your bumper?

  • I didnt cut it, the shop did, just give them the sample, hearing from people jigsaw is pretty good and bumper is very smooth to cut

  • Did you just cut the bumper or what? I can't tell. Sounds A-mazing by the way man, good job.

  • Yes i cut the left bumper, its very easy, Pypes has a template on their site, just print it and stick it on your bumper, then cut. BTW thanks for the comment

  • where did you go on the website to get it? Do you have the link?

  • For some reason youtube wont let me put link here. Anyway you just got to Pypes site, on the left side click "Exhaust Instructions" then find "SFM68 Bumper Cutout (PDF)"

  • This is an awesome shitt, but can never beat my 1970 lol as you have driven it lol. just joking, nice video. we should go downtown robson street and burnout our back tires Eh? lol talk to you later.

  • nice dude. lvoe this. im about to get my mustang and putting some GT take off muffs. or maybe ill get the bullitt.. sweet ride

  • btw it sounds sweet!

  • is this with the off road h pipe??

  • Thanks for the reply guys.

No this is the Mac dual exhaust kit made for V6, it is not H or X, This is a Y-Y pipe, no cutting required

  • Awesome!
