for the first 40 seconds of the video the trainer who serves the guy wearing the black outfit, notice how he throws the ball onto the bat, and also at 0:48 the guy serves the ball by throwing it onto the bat and it happens again at 2:18 the guy in the light blue shirt does it and it happens again at 4:15 the trainer in the light blue tracksuit does it. is there a name or a tutorial for this serve, or can anyone do it and upload it and explain it if they know how to do it please, much appreciated
