I believe the part he talks about @ 1:13 must have been changed. From what I gathered this bill directly applies to American citizens.

I notice after checking her public finanical statements, Susan Davis has become very well off. I going to check if she has invested back into San Diego such as businesses, projects or bonds.

Rand Paul, Senator Sanders, Senator Udall, Senator Feinstein, and 40 signers of a letter to the Military Oversight Committee all believe that this bill contains language that could result in unlimited detentions of US Citizens - the co-author, Senator Levin said the language was not in the original version of the bill, but that the Administration (Obama) asked for it to be included! Susan Davis is incorrect when she says the bill does not contain language allowing for the unlimited detention!

Why not go after the Patriot Act? The Patriot Act is the one where Americans can be detained indefinitely without being charged.

The legislative and the executive branches have NO BUSINESS making requirements or allowances about what the judiciary branch can or can't do. Any language directing the judiciary what to do is unconstitutional and poses a danger to us all. This bill is an abomination. We need to continue to protest this!

From a person whose election was paid for by weapons dealers, I'm sooooo shocked (not really) that she supports this bill. Good job OSD. Democrats are such liars at least the republicans are open about wanting to rip all your rights away in the name of freedom.
