basically it brings down your body defenses, its an STD. It eventually evolves to AIDS and thats when you can die by getting sick with anything, even a cold can kill you.

i heard the soundtrack of the stage version and i did not like really excpet for the song "Christmas Bells" and "Rent"

but now seeing this i realize it's quite a good musical but why do they cut so much song's from the stage version???

i think they just take out some songs cause they try to make the story flow and its harder when you're making a film, so they have to cut some out to make it work.

I agree they should make a filmed stage version of RENT like they have with other musicals but see my problem with keeping lines that are sung and chainging them to been spoken is that it sounds really forced and dosen't seem to stay in the script I mean you can kind of tell that the actor of Benny was forcing the "how is the drama queen?" while in the soundtrack it sounds natural because so much of the show is sung nearly 90% of it would you say?

it's completely sung though I have to warn you with only three or four lines of dialouge by one character just incase you don't like completely sung musicals

but the songs are really good (in my opion)
