Yes the Holy Spirit is a rush of wind. I have experience it. As I had my hands in the air I was asking to be blessed and sure enough. Both my wrists were held and this pouring rush of water flowed through my entire body that filled me with overwhelming joy. It was an amazing experience. Also, one morning I was visited by the spirit again. This time my heart was being peirced with some kind of instrument but each time I was touched it was an amazing joy. All I could do was submit to it.
