To change to civil skin you hold down tab and e, then you scroll up, and down with your mouse scroller. It brings you to a screen asking which skins you want to browse. On that screen it tells you which buttons to press for whatever you wanna do, and whenever you wanna go back just press enter.

@gtamythmaster43 IDK if this is the cleo 3 one i just downloaded but the cleo 3 one is awesome. You can use either regualar ped skins (which can easily be modded), and you've got the animie skins. I used the army skin, and you can spawn any skin in extreme mode, and it will spawn the skin with infinite health, an mp5, and rage against everyone but you. I went to area 51, and spawn army all in there so they could shoot up the cops. (unfortunatley, to many spawns equals crash) I spawned like 40.
