Your almost right in what you say. Oil prices are a means for the few to control and dictate the wealth of certain markets. High oil prices affect Agriculture as a result of the fuel usage not so much as fertiliser. Bio/Ag fuels, are not burning food! They are grown on arable lands because many of the UK farmers are to idle to grow these crops on grass land.
