Hey could u help me I want to use the plane to it's full potential also how do u tune in the frequency I can't find the pannel for it I even looked in the instrument panel section pm help!!!

Look in the FMC, NAV RAD page. There you can set the VOR and ILS frequencies with their courses. :-)
