  • omg a youtube channel with a relatable young person who loves cameras omg

  • I don't know why but mine don't come out like that. I bought 3 packs last year and the first 2 came out fine but after that, they all came out the same.. they all came out dull and nearly sepia. Do you know why this is? :(

  • @lovelyxskinny you gotta keep them warm when developing, when the weather change the chemicals dont work properly.

  • @Mijonju that's probably it, thanks!

  • Mate, just checked all your videos out, I think i love you! Was looking at getting a 600 Polaroid! Then came across this, now defiantly getting one! How can someone not love this style of photography LOOK AT THE COLOUR!!!! Sod my £800 Nikon D90, hello £5 600 series Polaroid!

  • So how do you become a "pioneer"? :D I would LOVE to beta test film!

  • can we use it on a Instax Mini 7s

  • @lrp247 what film are you using :)?

  • I just got the Cool Cam polaroid, i was wondering if the PX 680 film is compatible or would i have to get the 600 film?

  • @mariaizcool yup! it works :)

  • Hey do you ever get undeveloped patches on the top of your picture? like brownish parts

  • Comment removed

  • hey how do you keep your photos? Ive read that the impossible project photos turn blue after a week or so...

  • @ecuamario put this behind com /watch?v=6yksfLawWUo

i keep my film that way

  • @Mijonju oh thats pretty cool!! I just bought a one600 ultra and a colorpack II... I went to time square here in NY but got a little disappointed because the sky came out yellow instead of blue... adds a vintage effect tho... I havent tried the colorpack II yet but I wanna get another polaroid :D should I get a spectra or a SX-70? what would you recommend? thanks for your videos!

  • Currently living in the Phoenix, AZ area, and seeing some big boys around here with their chocolate cake, I think you should say that you love cameras like a big fat boy loves chocolate cake: DEEP FRIED, AND SMOTHERED IN NACHO CHEESE SAUCE...

  • Hi! You seem really educated in cameras, and I'm not. Today my friend and I found old Polaroid 600 cameras at a thrift store (she found a One Step Close Up, and I found a 600 Business Edition) for two dollars a piece. I was wondering if I bought some Impossible film if it would be compatible with those two models! I loved your shots. Pleaaaase reply!

  • @uhthisissam thanks, im not that well educated about cameras, i just have an illness to get them.

anyway YES if your camera is not faulty, the PX680 or the PX600 black frame films should work perfectly on both of your cameras, but it would be better to look for test packs "with no film" to see if the camera runs, it would be a waste if your camera doesnt work and you bought working films. if you want test packs please tell me ill see if i can put some on etsy for free, but you pay of postage

  • @Mijonju by test packs do you mean packs with no film? there was an empty pack of film in one of the cameras we bought. is it supposed to flash when you take a shot even without film? neither of our cameras flashed or whirred or anything :c does that mean they're broken?

  • @uhthisissam yes and empty pack is what i meant try taking out the back see if its rusted, the battery might be as old as its in there, maybe the battery is dead :) the battery is in the under the film, take it out and put it back it.

tell me how it goes :)

  • Cool thank you yes I do need the links

  • Hey can you use 600 film on an sx70

  • @joemode101 yes you can, you need an ND filter, you either get one for the lens type or for the Film type :)

PM me if you need to the links :)

  • @buggiala no you can't use the 680 on spectra only 600 cameras or 680/790 cameras

  • will this film work the the Polaroid Spectra Film? And what other cameras will it work with?

  • lol you're so cute being all excited and said sorry to that little boy in the film. wish i'm loaded. i'd buy those films.

  • is the film for sx-70 cameras?

  • the px680 film is astounding, have had great success...the px70 is slow to develop but the colors are awesome...and i'm sweating your 680 slr, btw...keep up the great videos...

kevin scott koepke photography on flickr....

  • how many polaroids comes in one pack?

  • @VABoy10 currently 8, oops did i say currently? haha

  • MUST. HAVE EM.

  • I'm trying to check out the colours but you keep waving the film around...

  • Those colors are beautiful i want to be a pioneer:D

  • how do you get the pictures on the computer??

  • I see you have an SLR 680 SE. What does the SE stand for & how is it different to the SLR 680 that I own.

Will my 680 take PX680 film. Thanks Mijonju.

  • i can't wait to get my SX70 and try out their new film!

oh and also i think the Impossible Project ended the pioneer program : (

    BUT!

i will definitely still support them! haha

  • GAH!! you seem so excited! XD i'm excited too! those photos look AMAZING!!!! >.<

  • @Mijonju Hi Mijonju, I'm planning to buy a vintage polaroid one step 600 camera and a Polaroid 620 land camera and was wondering where I can buy the film for both the models. Are they still in production? I would be shattered if not!

  • @xXxBrokenGlassxXx thanks to the impossible project, the new integral films for the cameras will be on sale next week :)

  • @Mijonju!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really hope you can answer this> I am thinking of purchasing my first PX 680 Color Shade First Flush and PX 600 Silver Shade UV+ Black Frame and I am going to the Philippines in a week for THE FIRST TIME and I know it is really hot there. For my first time using the Impossible film, what should I do with my unopened film and when I finished taking my first shot????? HOPE YOU CAN ANSWERRRR! Thankssssssssssss

  • @meme1228k just use it and put the the photos in an shoulder bag or something, dont it should be ok, remember, always shield the film

  • @Mijonju! when using this film in a sx-70 camera with the ND filter do you need to adjusted the light/darken wheel?? hope you can read this!!!

  • @brigan10 for regular you dont have too, but if you want lighter or darker tones then you have to adjust it.

  • MIJONJUUUUUUU Where did you get your 680?! please tell!

  • @vickzter i had it for a very long time, i got it in a shop in japan.

  • @Mijonju Awww man, I see, would you happen to know where and how I can get one now, I'm desperate, it seems like a really cool polaroid...I've tried ebay but few ship internationally :(

  • @vickzter looking for a 680? try etsy.

  • Hi Mijonju. Walked into my favourite second-hand & new camera shop today &

guess what, their selling the PX film in colour & B&W. Wow I was thrilled to bits.

Do I need an ND filter on my Polaroid SLR 680, or dont I need it for this camera &

only for the SX 70. Not that I know what an ND filter is... :)

Going back to the shop tomorrow to buy some PX film, so please reply

as soon as possible. Thanks. :):):)

  • @madderthanalex your 680 shoots 600 film, so you dont need an ND filter, you only need the ND filter if you use a sx70 camera.

  • @Mijonju Thanks Dude :) much appreciated.

  • the fujifilm is about half as cheap and better quality than impossible project film

  • @samthelegoman1 the size is smaller and on instax is less dynamics too :) look deeper and youll see.

  • were can I get theme?? I don't finde one of these anymore....

  • @golayy they will be available soon.

  • holy shit that looks awesome! 8D

  • @redchilliepepper awesome right?! :)

  • hey,

  • @NoodsCreative not sure :) its now currently only for pioneers, it will be available soon :) everyone will be happy and going nuts

  • One more thing, :) do you know when the Sigma SD1 is being released, &

    hopefully the DP3. Thanks, Cheers,

    Alex.

  • @madderthanalex dp3, another dream camera to collect haha :) hope they have faster processor and focusing this time.

  • @Mijonju I'm not a collector, I'm a user :):) DP3 can only get better :):):)

    I own 5 cameras. D300, F100, RB67, Nikkormat & 680. Though if I had the money,

    I would have MORE :) !!!

taken place on Japan's East Coast. I'm sure this is affecting the whole of Japans people in some way, as it is also affecting the world. Your a very strong & resilient people.I'm sorry the international response has not been what it should be.No excuses.

  • Wow Mijoju, thanks for the prompt reply.Good one, thumbs UP!!! Your a CHAMP!

With the talking,I was referring to your "talk talk talk" video.I got up this mornin with 3 hours sleep & tried to listen to you,big mistake,I only made it through 2/3 of the vid.I understand it was stylised for that vid. Anyway, I'll be waiting for your vid on the in's

    & out's of the new film,filters & camera compatibility.I'm excited about it.Dig the colours.

I hope I can get the film when it comes out.

    Cheers Mate.

  • Hi Mijoju. I have an SLR 680. I'm from Australia. Will this film be available in Aust. soon or can I buy on-line. SX 70's going real cheap in Aust. cause people think they will never get film for them ever again. Does that new polaroid film work in the SX 70.

Please reply. Diggin your show. Man you sure talk fast. :):):) somewhere between

1 & 1 1/2sec for each vowel, would be great. Then apperture of mouth will correlate. Cause its all about " mouth priority ". :):):)

  • @madderthanalex gotcha, im not really good with talking, even though ive been doing it here for awhile haha.

i'll try to do it better, anyway. Yes the px 680 film will work with sx-70 as long as you stick and ND filter on it. I should do a video on this soon.

  • impressing! :)

  • Will this film be compatible with the SX-70 camera, bcuz the colours are great and everything and I'd really like to be able to shot this with SX.

  • skorj and his sxc SE!

  • @dizzychicken1 you found him!! his SE is even on 50mm wide lens!

  • looked perfect to me :)

and dang, that camera @ the end! haha

  • and mijonju do all the films on the impossible project go in an sx-70 camera? thanks

  • MIJONJU you've made me want a polaroid for so long now and what with this new film i just can't resist..can you paste me a link to a sx70 or any of them sort of models that shop internationally please? FANKS ^_^

  • DAMN YOU MIJONJU!!!

I just got a Diana F+ less than a month ago and now you're making me want to get a Polaroid!!!! I HATE YOU!!!! MY WALLET HATES YOU!!! xD

  • @NagaTen hahaha but the cameras love you, you see how forgiving they are?

  • @Mijonju For sure ;)

I finished my first roll on the Diana today! Can't wait to see how they came out :D

  • 1. Been wanting an SLR 680 (early model) for a long time now... with this new film and the UV+ it is now an absolute necessity. (Sorry to hear about your light leaks.)

    2. Does the new color film still have problems with light sensitivity?

    3. As much as I would love to be a Pioneer, that requires money. OH WELL.

    4. The guy at the end has a Macro 5 (or maybe 3). ENVIOUS.

    5. I really hope that even if they make a UV+ for SX-70, they keep making the original Silver Shade. I love it.

  • @agnamaracs tried!, yes there is a little light sensitivity but last around 10 seconds or less.

more films will definitely be on its way :)

  • I just got my SX-70 camera today!! Woohooo!!!

  • @misthearthshaker lucky x)

  • @NaviiAvii :DD I'm gonna get another one by end of this month!!

  • hey, i've read that the PX680 beta film is light sensitive, but is it temperature sensitive?

  • While you were filming the tree I noticed the rusted sign to the right. Some people use the weathered grunge look to superimpose on projects in Photoshop. Especially with the light leak spotted prints. Defiantly a market keeper.

  • That's so awesome! I'm so excited about the new films, I'm getting them as soon as I can. Unfortunately I just have a 600 polaroid camera so I'll be shooting just in black and white. =( I hope some day I can get a polaroid sx-70!

And by the way, I love your cameras and your show! I hope everything is getting alright there in Japan =)

    Thanks for sharing!

  • 5:23 so sincere :D

i hope the boy is not angry anymore.

  • What in holy moon was that camera in the outro? Craaazy.

  • I am so excited about the film!

  • If you don't like the frames, like the colour!

    THERE'S NO COLOUR. :O XD

  • @Zavfir73 haha true, its monotone, that proves my insanity has reached peak level haha.

  • i'm in love with this film

  • So, if I use a ND Filter, I could use the PX680 with my SX 70 camera, couldn't I?

Or do I need to do further modifications to the camera?

  • @FinsburyJack nope thats all you need :) its a perfect idea :)

  • Cool... the colour is more stable on PX680 eh..

    Way to go Mijonju:))

  • dude, where'd you get the super awesome shirt?! :D

  • OMG can't wait to try the new films

  • D: as soon as you showed the first polaroid.

i was like dayum~! so sexy TT

  • @lekasha08 no its not, its available to everyone now :)

  • do you need to shield the film from light after it is ejected?

  • @teddyg18 YES!

  • FIVE STAR video,,,i checked out your flickr site,,, lots of excellent shots there,,thanks for sharing

  • Mijonju, i was wondering, will this new film also be made for sx-70s?? The PX 70 film really needs more color too!!

  • @rosebrandon more info on my next video with details :)

  • just brought 34 packs to reach the land level lol....

  • @jimmy10791 Thank you for supporting!

  • Land Level?? this mean i have to get 40 more packs of film = about $800.

    NO WAY!!!

  • @kunapot i think its a good motivator though :)

  • I just became a Pioneer today!!

  • @saagarvirkar congrats!!!!

  • Can't wait to receive my two PX680 filmpacks! I think I should've ordered more! And I love the black frame pictures, I have to get a couple of those too. :)
