Hm.. my sil-x balls don't wobble that much. They might bounce in a weird angle when they hit the floor, but after that, they stay pretty stationary.

passe passe ones are nothing like tradition russians. way too squishy. get some kids play pin balls, cut a small slit, fill it with sand about a little over a quarter full, seal the hole with tape, then make a cross formation on the ball to make the hole really secure.
