Personally I dislike these piracy products from China. Even if they are better in quality as they have been 10 y. ago, this is still abuse of the original LEGO Intellectual Property.

However the Union Pacific engine appears to be a product into which they put some minor own thoughts. The brick shapes and all the rest remains a pirated product. Not to mention the fact, that this product may be less safe for helth and enviromental protection. LEGO as a Danish company has high ethic standard.

look at the Union pacific closer, its not a lego design, incorporates ideas on part but not a full copy.

the my own train rolling stock is a pirate design though

@Stiegsfeld Don't worry the company was sued by LEGO, and can now not make anymore LEGO product's. They attended a court - hearing and were charged for copy - right.

Przyznam się, że miałem kiedyś pare tych chińskich zestawów (ta sama firma), ale kiedy bylem jeszcze dzieckiem. Na opakowaniu byl magik ze skrzynia i ruszczką (identyczna konstrukcja jak w jednym zestawie z classic castle), po otwarciu okazało się że kolory są zupelnie inne niż na pudełku i są strasznie złej jakości... Zgroza....
