@XxriflexpertxX I also like both... but I completely disagree. A7x has more finesse and far more complexity in terms of the drums and also harmonies between guitarists. ATR are more brutal and the riffs are more in-your-face. Avenged design it with a lot of subtlety, some of the complex riffs arent emphasised at all so they just flow into the whole of the sound. It all comes down to whether you more prefer brutality or virtuosity.

This has some massive similarites to bits of waking the fallen in terms of the bass and the rhythm guitar. The ;lead guitarists have very different styles though.
