Personally UNH is a very strong hockey team. But, in the past Maine has historically been the better and more skilled team. Maine had one bad year but 2 national championships vs. none id say we know who's better. UNH will be bad in the next 3 years because of the seniors. Maine will become a college hockey superpower again in a very very short amount o f time

Im not saying UNH is a bad team, quite the contrary, UNH has a very strong hockey program (especially this year). I would also say that the "blowout" was hardly that, given that the second goal was on an empty net and we skated with you for the whole game. Also, whats with the fish (a legitimate question, where'd that tradition come from?) Regardless, next weekend should be fun, I'm looking forward to those games.

I actually watched a special on Tim Whitehead and he seems like a great guy, so I have an immense amount of respect for him. As for the fish...That's a great question. I honestly don't know, but I'll try asking one of the "Kitty litter" superfans at our next home game. No matter how bad either of us are doing, it's always a great matchup. Kind of like Red Sox-Yankees in a way. Should be a couple great games next week, though I'm surprised one of the games isn't being played on neutral ice.
