@eexot I think the word you're looking for is "Prefer", But I agree, the studio versions of the songs are usually better because they can take the time to get everything just perfect. Live performances are fun because you can enjoy the energy and showmanship of the band on stage... But without them actually performing in front of you it's just not as good listening to the live recording.

This band really was and still is underrated and underappreciated. I guarantee if I asked someone who ELO is they'd be like "huh? who?", and then i'd play all their singles and then they'd be like "oh, gee whiz, I never knew who sang those".
