Kudos to Mr. Jones for being big enough to step down off the stage and do a show like this one. Hopefully the alt. dweebs that NPR usually has on will learn what a real performer does from Tom Jones. Nice to hear a guitarist that can actually do something other than strum on and on.

First, thank you for this exciting post. The humorous irony here is associating Tom Jones with a "tiny desk concert". That's like saying "a huge tiny house sits on my block" ... lol. You get my point. But as we can see, Tom is quiet, reflective, and even humble in this quiet library setting despite a totally amazing legendary singing career that rivals even mine, haha. Just love the video. What a gifted singer! What a personality! the Voice -- The Great Tom Jones! We love 'em!

Thank you soooo much for having this video! I recently saw Sit Tm perform live for the first time and was hooked, cn't get enough of him. Sexiness aside, his voice is fabulous; it has gotten better as he has gotten older. He sounds as fantastic without amplifiers, stereo, etc., a testament to his talent.
