I wonder how many proclaimed religious people who try to live by the word will really make it in. Yes we live and abide by the word, however the word carries a message that we can always relate to this modern day. She was just keeping it really real imo. What I personally took from that video was that within a marriage, man and wife should not deprive one another. We should romance each other, work to keep things fresh and alive. Look at the alternative. If we are not taking care of our spouses sexually, that can allow the enemy to come in and tempt them. I think this is the problem with the Body of Christ.. alot of issues dealt with in the New Testament were issues that people needed counseling on that Timothy, or Paul or James said came from THEM, not God but from Them... Some things we are not going to know until this is all done with so each of us have to decipher the Word for what it is. A Tool to connect with God and get clarity on issues that line up with HIS Truth and out spirit...and that's not always easy, comfortable, or clear.

She was just keeping it really real imo. What I personally took from that video was that within a marriage, man and wife should not deprive one another. We should romance each other, work to keep things fresh and alive. Look at the alternative. If we are not taking care of our spouses sexually, that can allow the enemy to come in and tempt them. Thus adultry could be committed. Then the family could be potentially broken up. Why risk all of that? I personally think it was some great advice.

This isn't nonsense, it's real. People are so use to this "commercial preaching" and they forget about the real-life situations that we go through on a daily basis. I would much rather have a preacher who's gonna keep it real & biblical at the same time. This is right. The thing that bears on me is that we have a responsbility as Chrisitians to maintain our bodies not just for health but for aesthetic. Wanna know why we as men lust after supermodels? Because that is how women are SUPPOSED to look. Wanna know why women lust after body builders? Because men are SUPPOSED to be muscular and fit! Yet, we relegate that to the world. I'm victim of being lazy and not dieting as I should, but that is a huge part of marriage set aside as unimportant.

it's odd to me that women get such a bad rap esp in the church. We always hear talk about women giving their husbands sex, women do this, women do that. Wht is the man suppd to do? Bust a nut and roll over and wait for the next one? Womn are in marriages emot broken, hurting, depressed, giving when they have nothing left to give. Men need to learn to be intimate w/o sex, they need to learn to meet a woman's needs. I don't undrstand how it's always the woman that has to give in the sexl arena.

I'm no special fan of Juanita Bynum so I don't really have a stock in whether she looks good or bad. With the Body of Christ, as the Bible says, you have to accept the Good and put away the Bad. Even though she comes from 2 failed marriages SOME of wat she says is accurate it just has no Unction because the vessel delivering it is so damaged. I think this is the problem with the Body of Christ.. alot of issues dealt with in the New Testament were issues that people needed counseling on that Timothy, or Paul or James said came from THEM, not God but from Them... Some things we are not going to know until this is all done with so each of us have to decipher the Word for what it is. A Tool to connect with God and get clarity on issues that line up with HIS Truth and out spirit...and that's not always easy, comfortable, or clear.

Scripture says all things should be done decent and in order. This is neither decent, nor in order. That's what Christian counseling is for. This should be done in private and with (a Holy man of God) who will begin and end with a prayer. There's a term she should have learned during her marriage: Discretion. This was filth for her own self gain for attention. Plus, she sounds like a teenage schoolgirl and by the sounds of it, she needs to step her sex game up cause this was lame.

lisafannie - I agree. Having a degree and giving yourself a title doesn't make a person anointed OR necessarily a woman of God. Many are called but few are chosen and only GOD makes that choice. There are plenty of people out there calling themselves reverend doctor prophet minister evangelist bishop whatever. Only God ordains a person in the truest sense.
And you are right - this woman was out of place and she was punished for it too. God won't be mocked, and no title will change that.
