  • i can remember playing this on a c64 with cassettedeck, had to rurn tape rewind and just load for ages and ages..it worked but never realized that they´d tryd to convert to spectrum, great effort.

  • @najbjergpoulsen Yeah Hungarian company The Cat converted it to the Spectrum sadly it was never released as they sent it to Mirrorsoft who ultimately chose not to release due to I believe license-related problems but thankfully a version exists on the internet.

  • How did they get Defender Of The Crown onto a ZX Spectrum?

  • @TeamRocketReviews Good question. =) Sadly I just found out this was never released commercially on the Spectrum, it was sent to Mirrorsoft but never released, not enough time apparently. Luckily it's available on Freeware but I reckon this would have been a massive hit if actually released.

  • It sounds a bit like it has reverb. Nice 'empty' sound in my opinion.

  • @OBobson It's pretty unique I'll give you that, that's why I rather like it.

  • Again with that high pitched ring to the music it really hurts my ears.

  • @jboypacman This one's rather odd, uses a rather odd system. It ain't bad considering Hungarians made this game.
