I like this song; what I don't understand is why she is using word " Comanchero"; because obviously she is singing about a native Indian and Comancheros were not Indian but Mexicans who were dealing and trading with Comanches which were a native Indian tribe used to live in present-day eastern New Mexico, southern Colorado, northeastern Arizona, southern Kansas, all of Oklahoma, and most of northwest Texas.

Cool song but.... I don't think she gets the fact that Comancheros were not American Indians. They were actually the Hispanic traders from New Mexico who traded with the American Indians (mostly Comanches, who were their best customers, hence the name.) A quick Google search will confirm this. Anyway, that's my history lesson for the day.
