can anyone tell me why there is no audio sometimes?

i put the mic on in the settings and it still won't work.

1.go to master volume

2. enable stereo mix

3.set realtek hd audio input as the microphone in screentoaster.

4.start recording.

I seems that the refresh rate is not good enought. I prefere native screencast tools for my screencasts :P
