  • This guys def a virgin...ur slow as fuck...kill yourself

  • i do 999

  • Hey brah, nice vid brah, but I believe it should be titled, "How to Look Like a Total Douche." You will need: One pair of douche sunglasses (only to be worn on cloudy days). One black baseball cap (to be worn backwards at all times). One pair of camouflage pants. One brah necklace. Your mom's carport (ensure your mom is not home while you use it otherwise she may get mad and cut your allowance). One attempt to teach other brahs how to punch hard.

  • Thanks Guile!, now teach us how to do a sonic boom...

  • @elinfiernoentusojos Working on it.

  • @architectus777 im 15 years old and i punch this machine 999 :)

  • Here are some reasons why you shouldn't teach anybody anything about boxing.

    - You would eat one body shot and go down

    - You are wearing red gloves, sunglasses and hiking shoes

    - You measure your skills on a toy

srsly you need to improve your defence -> not protecting any parts of your body..

  • I know a sharp punch versus a push would influence things, but it seems you could do this.....

Get a heavy bag and measure everything about it (weight, length, length of attachment chain etc) and place a strike target on it. Then video (high speed camera) it from above and the side with a ruler for scale above. You could then see how far your punched moved the bag and determine how much energy you had to transfer to the bag to accomplish this. You could track change in this way.

  • @masonhassall92 I've never lost a street fight nore a Muay Thai competition.

  • AND U DONT KNOW WHAT U ARE SAYING . ''FASTER SOMETHING IS GOING MORE MASS IT HAVE?'' HAHAHHA POOR WHITE BOY

  • @Kire931 In the special theory of relativity mass and energy are equivalent (as can be seen by calculating the work required to accelerate an object). When an object's velocity increases so does its energy and hence its mass equivalent (inertia). It thus requires more force to accelerate it the same amount than it did at a lower velocity. In other words, the faster it goes, the heavier it is, pretty much.

  • @architectus777

Dude that's only when you're close to the speed of light.... xD

    F= ma

When you roll your body and swing your arm you get maximum amount of acceleration so the force you apply on the guys face is greater

  • @architectus777 Yes I do belive you but im telling u the mass is the same it cant be changed.. but u are a heavy puncher

  • @Kire931 he's right, wtf is wrong with u haha

  • @Shift4chizzle wtf is wrong with me? what tha fuck is your problem, i fucking u and ya mtfking mama

  • @Kire931 hahah that doesnt make sense and i dont have a "mama" u obviously dont go to school much do u?

  • @Shift4chizzle ok sorry to hear that but if i had a lower iq u could ejjoy your conversation

  • @Kire931 that doesnt make sense, if u had a lower iq, then i would enjoy my conversation? hahaha please elaborate

  • @Shift4chizzle yes i will elaborate your mas pus

  • @Kire931 ok hahaha, tell me how i am a "mas pus" even though u are too pussy to write the full words?

  • @Shift4chizzle i mean ya mamaaaz pussy

  • @Kire931 dont have a mamaaaz

  • hahahahaha i bet u would lay down just of my jab

    weak

  • When I was 14 years old I punched 870 haha and now I punch 920

  • i saw a 110 lb girl get a 981 before, and she just slapped it

  • @dennisrayso Yeah, after testing several machines, i realized they are rather worthless.

  • .... I think you should accompany me the next time I decide it's a great idea to walk home through a dark forest.

  • if i get in a fight i will use these tips thanks

  • @ERRORBOYable Trust me, you wont succeed. If you eat healthy and get good exercise you can get bigger and stronger. I suggest you should start working out.

  • I tried it on my friend. It worked. Thanks...

  • 100% honest now.i dont do any fight training i waigh 17.5stone a lot of it is bloat n fat but my record on the boxer machine is 946 and on the new i box i score 993.

are those things realy based on psi? next time i in town ile vid myself for proof.Dan

  • @MrSpikedanny There not, and every machine differs. After much research, I think the best way to measure people's punching power is by hitting bricks, boards, something that breaks with the same pressure each time.

  • dammmmmmmmmmmm gsp only punche a 9 and he is is the ufc welter wight championnn i give you props dudeeeeeeeee

  • duhhh fag iv punched a 915 once

  • Charlie Zelenoff hits at 4900 PSI

  • I REALLy wanna know what PSI number i would get! :/

  • u suck i made it to 968 and im only 5,8 at 160 lb

  • i have never fought i dnt know how to either im fighting 2maro ima kik his leg out throw him down and fuk him up tell he says stop or hes KO

  • @re4and5master might want to get a brain and learn to spell

  • @apollo33fan ukno wat nigga i threw him in the hospital im might do tat witu

  • your not even suppose to throw right hooks, i hate when kids thow haymakers on these machines and think they ultimate fighters

  • i can hit that everytime i go on vacation i test out how strong ive got, i just punch a very hard strait and win eevvery time

  • im 16 and i can do 1089 pounds??

  • why you dress like a fucking faggot? redneck motherfucker.

  • lol yeah i hit 942 last time i went to the club but i went to another machine and hit like 890 its not a good way to tell how hard you hit lol its just a way for the club to make money

  • Your physics were so wrong lol.

  • lool

  • i garantee i could knock this fool out. im punching more than that in a jab. and im not going to a fucking arcade to test it.

  • Who the fuck taught this lil boy how to "Hit"!!? lol I've been in Boxing my WHOLE life and have never heard such BullShit in my life!!! This lil fake instructor is ready for Nothing in a real fight!!!

  • "im 15 and can hit 931 psi" you didnt mention your a fat 300lb 15yr old..

  • Your a chode dude. That looks like you took that psi test at an arcade. You turn your hip over with your shoulder and keep that arm hooked. Turning your hip with your shoulders means you move all your body weight into the punch.

NEVER SEPARATE MOVEMENTS. You sir are a douche bag.

  • Comment removed

  • You had me until I saw you working the bag and still wearing sunglasses!!!!!!!

  • i have those same pajama pants

  • @MrPieandmilk They're super comfortable, huh?

  • @architectus777 hell ya

  • ur dumb im 13 and i can probably punch harder

  • 0:39 - wigger

  • Like this if you think he's at a arcade measuring.his psi

  • i cant take this seriously when your dressed like that!!!

  • this kinda works its full body momentum i actually knocked a kid out earlier today couse of this kinda thing listen to him. i broke his eye socket and fractured his jaw bone

  • just wanna know, is PSI the same as measuring pounds of force?

  • @TKSiate PSI is pounds per square inch so yeah

  • @PsiNess4396 Lol your name is psi. xD

  • @TKSiate STFU its a video game thing ever heard of earthbound

  • @PsiNess4396 no meaning to offend bro, I just thought its ironic that we're talking about psi as in pounds per square metre and your name begins with psi. no offence. aww you mean ness with the hat and the baseball bat in super smash 64. yeah hes the best.

  • Im a boxer in Australia, Im 19 and my PSI is at 1800. But I use a proper machine.LOL

  • 1st be chuck Noris

  • is this to show people how to throw telegraphic punches....?

  • looks like the guy on the ball should get into it aswell HE NEEDS IT

  • YAAAA I HIT AT 919 PSI NOW OH YAHHH SOON999

  • You stiffen up after you throw any punch, keep moving

  • i hit the psi machine at 902psi with my straight right and it was hard but i was gona hit it even harder but ppl wer begining to gather and look that throws me off lol but my best punch when i was boxing is my left hook to the body or head luv to watch them twichin fromthe pain hahaha

  • no effense but im 15 and i hit 930 psi with a straight jab not to mention those bags aint 100% right.

  • @Gypsymachawano909 True, they are not. One one machine you might hit 800 and another 900. They are good to measure yourself against, to see if you've improved. You have to test the same machine several times, though, first, to see if it is consistent.

  • @Gypsymachawano909 before you start giving negative comments learn too SPELL it's 'offence' ..............

  • @Gypsymachawano909 bullshit, i seen a pic of u on ur channel ur a skinny bitch

  • @Gypsymachawano909 I doubt u can punch that hard with a hook maybe a haymaker

  • @Gypsymachawano909 no offense but i think your a liar

  • @Gypsymachawano909 and every one of those punch machines measure different and score different. I hit a 900 and something, but rampage jackson only scored an 800 and something. I doubt we both hit harder than rampage jackson.

  • @buttercupownsyou Yup, they are bogus. I've tried several of them now. Each is different. I Muay Thai kicked one at this one colledge bar, and it gave some weird error and made a funny noise.

  • that is not a hook dipshit

  • @jwes610 According to Mike Tyson it is. There is also a wide hook, in which you turn your thumb up, facing the sky. But most important is accuracy, then speed, then power.

  • @architectus777 lol I guess that could be said for boxing, but if your in a real fight like mma, it would never work. i like to think of a hook as making an angle without moving your body. you donot need all that tork for it. this punch is meant for boxing were you use the pocket to in fight. doesnt happen in mma

  • @jwes610 There are only two main strikes you see in MMA. Straight punches and Muay Thai kicks to the thigh. Once in a while you see wild kicks to the head or a spinning back fist, though. But a hook is made as a follow up anyway. It's used after you stun your opponent with a jab, or jab+cross. They are effective if used in the right situation. They are easy to pull off in a street fight because most people can't fight.

  • @architectus777 good point, tho i have had a lot of success with curving punches from awkward angles. Also i think muay thai has little to do with mma, because if you stay square in front of your opponent and have no mobility your going to lose, thats why in muay thai, you dont see many body kicks.

  • @jwes610 "in a real fight like mma" <--- :|

  • can i give u a lesson how to punch harder lol cause you obviously cant

  • its not the technique.....it the blue and white camo pants

  • Thanks for the help but uh.. When I'm trying to punch someone, I usually swing my entire body with my fist. I don't know if it makes it more powerful or not but the punch feels a lot stronger.

  • those toy ones are innacurate way off

  • i max at 1060 psi but i have been boxing for around 8 years now my jab is 986 psi

  • lol im 16 and hit 976 next time ill film it , my dad hit 1016

  • @msrscar797 The machines max at 999. It is pretty easy to get them close to 999 if you do a run hit or shuffle hit over hand, but not easy if you stand in place and do a standard hook.

  • @architectus777

1, i didnt run i did a normal right cross and 2, not all bags max at 999

  • Comment removed

  • This guy knows what hes tlking about nice man :)

  • mass doesnt change...its the more momentum it has....mass times velocity :)

  • oh no wonder i can't punch harder i never wear those gay ass red gloves

  • @ni99awhat67 Nothing gay about red gloves :p

  • @architectus777 red is my fav colour =)

  • @architectus777 Correct

  • i couldent see you with your camoflge on sorry LOL

  • Ur leg looks gay when u move it

  • Bro thanks for your advice.

  • youtube.com/watch?v=yP4aBhIhj90 Check this video. Go to 2 minutes and then the end. Tyson talks about how snapping the shoulder causes a knock-out punch.

  • Bro does this really work. I've been doing push up for 1 month each 100-300 a days but i don't feel anything.

  • @jonh886 Doing that many push ups will make you stronger in general, but to strengthen your punches, punch the bag. Also strap weights to your wrists and punch the bag.

  • @architectus777 hmm please could tell me what kind of weight to use on the wrist while training????

  • @architectus777 how do you get a hard jab and a hard cross because those are usually used in street fights

  • @architectus777 You cant forget that most of the force comes from the ground up starting from your form/stance going up to your body your arms aren't the only thing having power most of the power comes from the ground and from your chest because of the momentum.

  • your boring

  • i scored 900 with my dick. all the ladies i laid in bed screamed out real loud

  • I stumbled upon this video, Arch777, when looking at your MasterEdit vids. I'm a writer, not a fighter. LOL. BUT this video is very well done and informed, I can see that your stance, punch and tips are dead on. A strong punch could be a lifesaver, for instance when being mugged. Next time at the gym, I'm going to watch your vid on my iPod and practice. And teach my son. THank you so very much for teaching me this important skill.

  • What are you wearing! Lol.

  • yea these machines are not accurate at all. i seen sum1 headbutt it and get 999 n they barely hit it. the machine is for fun. n he has no clue how to throw a hook lol. he leads way to much n u dont throw a punch with your shoulder. u push off your back foot n twist your hips.shows how much u know. bring ur arm back.haaha. no u dont. thats telegraphing and any half decent fighter will have already lit u up. stop insulting reall martial artists kid

  • @babyface0514 If you took the time to watch the video, you would see that I show and talk about pushing off your foot, kicking your heel out, twisting the hips, etc. You would also learn that this hook is not a leading punch. You lead with a jab, right cross, then left hook. It's not telegraphed if it follows in the combo. That is, it doesn't matter that you bring your shoulder back (which gives more power) if you are following a right cross. Same with following slipping a jab.

  • @architectus777 umm no. pulling ur shoulder back is telegraphing ur not suppose 2 thorw any punch like that. good techinique and u will have harder hit than pullin shoulder back sorry, ne good fighter willl see that hook comin

  • @babyface0514 You're not getting it. If I already through the right cross, I am already moving toward my opponet. Right as my right fist makes contact, I pull my left shoulder back a bit. You can see great fighters like Tyson do this.

  • ive got a 912 :) when i was 17

  • im sorry but this guy is a fake. if he really is so good. im sure he would be somewher e teaching instead of online. and what he was hitting at is not a true punch weighing machine. he was at an arcade. sorry guy but when you have real proof and your doin something with it. dont be someone you are not.

  • @babyface0514 I prefer being logical. One, it's not easy to get a teaching job for any subject matter. Second, I don't have to offer free teaching of any subject on my channel but I do so to help people out because learning the knowlege I offer can be expensive, especially for art. I find it odd that you don't appreciate free knowledge. You should. BTW, most people that punch that same machine can barely get 500. A few get 700. Hardly anyone scores over 900.

  • He reminds me of the martial arts instructor from Napolean Dynomite.

  • What's the best way to wipe my ass? Could you help?

  • @ValValiant4 In the shower. Washing your butt is the best.

  • and more, however I cannot fully explain you an answer, since I need to book up on my research of it, so I do not want to come across with false or un confirmed information. though I hope this isn't a conflict of Arts' but more so insight fullness that expands ones view. There are so many benefits that Wing Chun provides and has the essence of Chinese philosophy and others that branches out and provides a better structured and of self-realisation

  • Pretty soon you'll make a tutorial on how to make tutorials.

  • What.. the.. fuck...

  • is there anything you DONT do... lmao

  • @architectus777 I agree with almost everything of what you do in your vid but one thing is not right and is essencial: you shouldn't flex that much your knee (4:38) because your weight goes down and you can loose power. Your knee will naturally flex a little when your turn your leg but you can't flex so much, only a little. My Krav Maga teacher always say that when we do any straight foward strike with elbows, simple punches, knifehands...

  • looking forward to cooking tutorial :p

  • @motokeiru Ha. I can actually cook, too.

  • Oh, another thing I wanted to mention is that boxers are the hardest punchers in the world, and fighters that use boxing punches. These are people like Mike Tyson and Rampage Jackson.

  • For something for people to think about. THink about a circle then a straight line. Everything is circles and straight lines. Circle your hook and then carry the momentum in a straight line through your target. Also something to think about if you ever get in a fight... honestly knuckles bleed when they hit skull and could even break. Think about using an iron palm, its just as effective, especially if your opponents friends are pretty pissed about you knocking their bro out. You need ur hands.

  • im loving these real life tutorial vids=)

  • Yay Muay Thai. I'm in the process of learning some of that. but my focus is Ju-Jutsu, as traditional as you can get, none of that sports fooy. that and old school Kendo. All sprinkled with some Tai Chi Chuan to facilitate learning breath control.

  • @TheMasscox Grappling is the shit. :)

  • Stood up in my room and tried this and I could honestly feel a difference compared to how I normally punch. =] interesting.

  • This is the film Ipman, though it is choreography he does use the principles.

    /watch?v=JPTgQm5skkg

In Wc. You only use energy/ force on impact. The end part is his wooden dummy techniques.

Though ye, as the guy said from previous video, anything you can't do? :D ^^ Keep it up :D

  • I am a practitioner of Wing Chun, however no biggy, but all that effort to actually punch is ridiculous and your ‘attitude’ just to think to punch stronger, isn't right. (that’s my opinion.) I find all that movement is un necessary and looks a lot of strain, also ‘what if that power punch missed’? All that energy for nothing? Sorry if this looks like having ago, it’s not more like hopefully constructive view.

Though I must say you throw a nice punch hehe :D

  • @movmultilock Agreed, i practice JKD... were heavy in Wing Chun. This might be a nice video for someone with no grasp on martial arts or how to throw a punch but anyone who practices a martial art that learns not just punches but the basic blocks and counters with paks, laps, bongs, gongs whatever will know that a hook is a commitment and if your opponent blocks your strike or you miss you better be ready to do some grappling and jutsao the shit out of him. :P

  • @MartellArts Yeah, but you can't grapple in Boxing or most Muay Thai competitions. But yeah, grappling kicks ass and everyone should at least learn the basics.

  • @MartellArts Ah I see you know some Wing Chun hehe, well ye what I've learn and my logic view of it. Is that that type of punch is unnecessary , due to ye, time, energy and also it's giving away what your doing. Also ask your self this? Why go round something if you can just go straight through? By punching 'around' your centre line is open. Thus this is a treat to a Wing Chun Artist, where they will chain punch you with no tension, no stress, only soft, small energy, but changes when it applied

  • @movmultilock Agreed. Hooks seem to only come in play when countering or apply to foot work. Example Footwork: Im in a right lead, and i circle to my left, if i can catch my opponent off guard a shovel hook punch across the nose can be effective because it will go towards his center line. Example Counter: My right lead, his left jab. You slip(duck) the punch right to the outside and counter with you left hook, again it is going straight towards his center line. Hooks are close range counters.

  • @movmultilock But ask yourself this. When was the last time a Wing Chun artist did well in UFC, Pride, or other big time MMA tourneys?

  • @architectus777 See thats the thing that makes the 'Traditional Wing Chun' I believe the answer to your question is that, Wing Chun will be limited and cannot fully express it self. Since there are 'rules' and I believe the WingChun application exceeds those rules. Also you could say, thats not the purpose of it. Wing Chun is a bout self-defence yes, for the little guy to take out the big guy, it's embraces, harmony, energy, sensitiveness and a healthy body.

  • @MartellArts But ye totally agreed from what you just said, if some one hasn't done martial arts, it's a step of correcting their, natural punch etc.

  • @movmultilock Yeah, but when you practice all the time, a hook doesn't take much energy. Boxing in general does takes loads of energy, and thus why you must raise your stamina. But check out Mike Tyson. He throws power hooks after power hooks in his fights (in his prime) and he keeps going. The hook is reserved for when you see the opportunity to throw it, such as after you slip a right cross. It is best used as a counter punch.

  • @movmultilock Oh, another thing to consider when it comes to energy spent is that a street fight on average lasts about 60-120 seconds. Rarely does a street fight go over 3 minutes. You should be able to throw several hooks in 3 minutes without wearing yourself out. If not, you should build up stamina. I can do 20 power hooks in a row on the bag, then switch to the next hand with no rest, and do another 20, then rest only 30 seconds and do it again and repeat. It's about stamina.

  • @architectus777 I hope it doesnt last that long!!! Id want him kissing the ground and me getting the hell out of there with in 10 seconds.

  • Hey Archit, those machines are really bollocks anyway in terms of ' properly punching doesn't give you high score'. Meaning a swing is what gets you more of a high score on those machines. Also Muay Thai, ah nice. I guess you watch Tony Jarr? Also how long you been practising?
