THESE ARE NOT PEACFUL HMANUTARIAN CIVILIANS-IHH IS AVIOLENT TERRORIST ORGANISATION
AND THER IS NO HUMANITARIAN CRISIS IN GAZA-the arabs and their "innocent" helpers aren't happy -because the want to get into gaza things that help them to build bombs-this was the whole purpose of this flotilla .EVERYTHING IN THIS REPORT IS TRUE-WANT THE TRUETH. HERE IT IS!
1) What difference does it make? are you suggesting that these activists would have acted peacefully had the raid been cried out at day light?
2) The only alternative is to intercept the boat and that would have meant that all of its passengers would have died and then you (and you likes) would blame Israel for not boarding the boat.
4) Gaza is an active war zone, during the last few months tons of weapons were caught on their way to Hamas, a terror organization with an aim to destroy Israel and to commit genocide against its people.
Should the blockade be removed and both sides will be engaged with massive arming race that would end up with war and destruction.
I find this question irrelevant because whether if the blockade is justified or not, Mavi Marmara is not in any position to break it.
No, i'm pretty sure they would've still acted violently, and for the same reason : as you say, it was a "raid".As in, an attack. In international, neutral waters. If you brake down someone's door in the middle of the night and barge in holding weapons, it's only reasonable to expect some form of resistance.
what i suggest is this : usually, the reason why events occur at night, away from broad daylight, is to avoid being seen. Why go sneaking around if you know you're right?
@Amber462 Incorrect, the reason why it was at night is because by morning mavi maramra would have reached Israeli territory already, Israel has warned the flotilla and ask for cooperation, instead their response was offensive and blatant.
They prepared themselves to a confrontation with the Israelis way before the moved out of Cyprus.
It was a premeditated plan to lynch Israeli soldiers and to make an international spin.
Just a reminder that in all other ships there was nothing of a kind (cont)
@Amber462 For instance the Rachel Cory, which was escorted by Israeli boats to Ashkelon with no problems.
As to the international waters argument :
San Remo Manual Article 67
67. Merchant vessels flying the flag of neutral States may not be attacked unless they:
(a) are believed on reasonable grounds to be carrying contraband or breaching a blockade, and after prior warning they intentionally and clearly refuse to stop, or intentionally and clearly resist visit, search or capture;
2) So what other option do we have to enforce our regulations? share it.
3) San Remo Manual

(a) are believed on reasonable grounds to be carrying contraband or breaching a blockade, and after prior warning they intentionally and clearly refuse to stop, or intentionally and clearly resist visit, search or capture;
4) Terminally naive. the arming race is on going even with the imposed blockade.

True, this is the truth. It's obvious the soldiers were attacked, brutally beaten with metal rods and other stuff.
Though :
1-why did they try to board the boat at night? why not during the day?
2- why did they try to board the boat anyway? the passengers were obviously hostile. did they expect a cup of tea?
3- they were in international waters, not israeli waters. did they have the right to board the ship uninvited?
4- Why is there a blockade on Gaza anyway?

It's also possible that the reason it happened at was because they couldn't have assembled a force before that so hey, who knows.
2) Actually, we would've blamed Israel for killing them. Two wrongs don't make a right
3)It's international waters, not internal waters. They were outside the reach of Israeli "justified" power. If i'm missing something, do point it out.
4) yes, Gaza is a war zone. No, there would be no massive arming race.
Gaza and Hamas would just get whipped out.
