Well yes. Southern blacks ignored the jim crow segregation laws and those laws got struck down. It wasn't legal for Rosa Parks to ride in the front of the city bus. It wasn't legal for the Greensboro 4 to sit at a whites only Woolworth's lunch counter. Civil rights protesters broke unreasonable laws to demonstrate against them. It is against people's civil rights to dictate what they can and can not put into their own bodies as long as they don't harm others.

Thanks for the report. I hope that guy didn't actually blow smoke in the cop's face. That is extremely disrespectful. While I am all for protesting, changing things, etc., I believe we should show respect to our adversaries, especially as the cops in NH are not particularly aggressive, especially compared to cops in other states.

I believe that if the protesters would not blow smoke in the cops' faces, and would be entirely respectful and NICE, they are more likely to not arrest anyone.

You have to be very careful in surrounding a building with hands or arms locked. It could be seen as an attempt to deny access or exit. This would be an offense and restriction of other people's rights.
