Ino does nothing or next to nothing in the series and her moves suck, she's only in the games because of her recuring role as a support character, she actually does barely anything but get owned. Same with Tenten, an example for Ino is against Kakuzu, what useful thing did she actually do? That's right nothing.

Temari on the other hand is quite good in the series and is useful in the game if you see your opponent pick deidera. Her awakening protects you from rangd attacks.

Temari's a brilliant character. She and the rest of the Sand are overpowered as but she is a great long distance fighter. All you need is some good support to counter a close range attack and she's hard ass.
