@topazrocks07 The only doll hospital is in middleton, wisconsin, but there is a store in denver, colorado. The stores do not have there own doll hospital. How do I know? I have been there a lot of times. And I have been learning about American Girl since 2009. Hope this helps!!

@socceravery16 yes to both :) I think you can just get their eyes fixed if that's your problem idk though. But yeah I just sent my Marisol doll to the hospital this year for a new head :o)

2. when you send the doll to the hospital to get a new head, does that mean they get new eyes?

@socceravery16 I'm pretty sure you can. Make sure you call one of the stores just in case. As far as the eyes, I'm sure with a new head will come new eyes... of course, i'm sure they will try and fix her first.... Thanks for commenting.

@socceravery16 i found out, all you need to do is download the form from the AG Website, send your doll in, and they will repair it... costs about $50.  hope that helps.
