How ever did you get this adorable chipmunk to eat from your hand? It must have taken some time. I love watching chipmunks in my backyard, but they don't stick around very long. We also have a stray cat who comes to visit and lately I haven't seen any chipmunks around. As much as I miss seeing the chipmunks, I don't have the heart to chase off the stray He's friendly & lets me pet him & we feed him. I'm trying to find him a good home. Thanks for sharing an adorable video!

I went backpacking a couple months ago and when we had reached the place we were going to camp, I laid down on the rocks in the sun and began to fall asleep. It hadn't been even a minute after I closed my eyes when I felt something tug on my sweater sleeve. I opened my eyes and two chipmunks were nibbling on my sleeve. We sort of just stared at each other before they turned around and just started to jump around on the rocks. They were used to people since so many camped there.
