@SecretService2010 it has been a long time since i did some reading and so i will take it back ..... the hangable offence of treason was abolished in 1998 but wasnt abolished when the death sentence for murder etc was back in the 60's

Common Law is based on precedents, If you wish to live by Common law alone then the precedent is already set in place that we have Acts of parliment creating Statute law. You consent to statute law by voting for an MP to act on your behalf in parliament. and do you know why the House of Common is so called. and what is Parliament? what does Royal assent mean?

Infact it can be argued that man cannot make law for other men. He makes legislation instead. Thats why our laws are called 'Acts' of Parliament and not 'Laws of Parliament'. The Common Law sits higher than any of the legislation they create. They give these 'acts' the force of law through the police. It is a 'by force' system.

UPDATE: We have had notification from Nottinghamshire Police that based on the opinion of their solicitor (!) and the legal profession, there is no case to answer regarding treason and no offences have been committed. Albert Burgess has personally written back to Notts Police to this cowardly response. The letters will be posted on the website soon. We, the injured parties, have still not made our response yet.

UPDATE ON THIS CASE: We have now had confirmation from the Inspector dealing with our case that it has been moved up higher to the police's own legal team of criminal investigations. The inspector has been most cooperative and amenable. He informs us that ours is not the only case being examined. There are other similar investigations underway that include politicians and matters concerning the constitution.

@EngliscNative You need to get the 'shoe horned into the EU' document files which contain all the evidence. If you go to this videos information above, you will see the websites you need then basically get the evidence and report the crime as injured parties with your local police station and stand your ground.

On the one issue of the repealing of the Treason Act, 1795. Common Law not withstanding, would not the act of those persons conspiring to bring about the repealing of this Act, be an act of High Treason by default? Therefore could those same "persons" not be charged (and found guilty), after the fact, under Statute Law also?

I am not a legal expert, so please excuse my ignorance if it is so!

@EngliscNative The problem is that whatever parliament enacts it can also repeal as in this case. Blair repealed a statute and the Queen gave it royal assent. People have tried to bring cases against Blair for this under the 'legal' system but have failed because of this fact. All are equal under the Common Law and the treason creates millions of injured parties (loss and harm) which the politicians and the monarch cannot wriggle out of so easily..

UNCONFIRMED. OVER 60 STATIONS HAVE IT REPORTED UK WIDE. For all those interested in reporting treason you will need a copy of the Shoe Horned Into the EU files obtained from albert burgess web site roundholessquarepeg. These contain the Foreign & Commonwealth Office documents and the ones on the European Movement but not the Berlin 1942 document. Go to the site and follow the treason link.
