Harekrishnas don't eat for shit sakes at all, only as a service to the Lord. Onions and garlic are bad for consciousness, they make one angry and stupid. Our goal - Love - is very subtle. It is a science. For bhakti yoga, strong intelligence - will and memory are important.

Hare Krishna movement as peaceful as it is, is based on beliefs which are not in line with Hinduism.

There is no mention of Caitanya Mahaprabhu in the bhagavad gita or in the Srimad Bhagavatam at all. Prabhupada and Caiatanya both said that those two books are all that is needed for preaching, and it is those 2 books that defeat the ISKON concepts.

Hare Krishna movement is not hinduism. It is eternal religion of the soul (nitya dharma). Caitanya Mahaprabhu is Krishna Himself, comming to this world as hidden incarnation. There is many instances in Vedas where you can find Caitanya M.

Harinam sankirtan is the essence of Sanatan dharma ? What Hinduism are you talking about ? Chanting and singing the name of the Lord is prescribed by all sadhus.
