@EJE22822 Actually that part uses 'rhythmic displacement' where the guitar phrase is just shy of 2 x 4/4 bars, so each time the phrase repeats the accents fall in a different place on the bar until they all meet again on the 1 count.

Tremolo picking is just constant 16ths or 32nd notes.
