Moved out of the area 9 years ago and the was the beginnings of issues such as stabbings etc, which in my 25 years previous to that was unheard of in the area. Unfortunately for the doubters each case I can think of involved illegal immigrants. Growing up and going to school there was neve any concern about gangs or even a thought about it, from what I know they didnt even exist, clicks perhaps but no gangs.
