  • £100.000! I bet he put those darts in a frame on his wall!

  • That was absolute precision, I can't even get my key in the fucking lock on the first try.

  • Stone age darts my arse, back in the day John Lowe was every bit as daunting to his opponents as Phil Taylor is today.

  • Chuck Norris needs only 8 darts.

  • Pissing myself laughing @ superjuniorbox15

  • wasn't the first ever 9-Dart Finish on TV cause i did it in 1921

  • £100,000 in 1984!!!!! WOW.

  • tHIS HAS TO BE THE STRANGEST 9 DART FINISH EVER AS I ONLY SAW HIM THROW 6

  • do do do do do - thats whats missing...

  • Dat Concentration! :o

  • aimbot...

  • Always liked john Lowe - the gentleman of darts

  • sounds like ricky gervais commentating and ol keith deller looks like right junkie

  • Never seen a 9 darter done that way before!!!!!

  • amazing

  • one hundred and eightyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • John Lowe was a gentleman. Not like the trumped up little minor 'celebs' that pollute the game today.

  • Can't breathe when he darts.

  • sounds like a techno kick drum

  • Keith Deller looks a bit like a young Christian Bale

  • crowd were quiet.........very quiet...

  • Camera fail at the final dart. But very nice indeed!

  • JIEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

  • Omg thats incredible. I got goosebumps!

  • even old stoneface cracked a smile at this!

  • Dart-board: POK POK POK

    Haha

  • The "in my day" people really piss me off. Yes he might have got the first televised 180, but there's no way in hell he's in the same league as Taylor was in his prime. The number of world championships is testament to this.

  • stone age darts

  • 100k in 1984! he must have felt like he'd won a million.

  • I remember watch John Lowe, Eric Bristow, Jocky Wilson and all the great players in the 80's, more entertaining than the shite these days.

  • @Brigante7 I always think that Taylor averages 100, that Taylor is the greatest darts player now, but as you said, I always think that Taylor will never have the class John Lowe had in the 80's.

  • Darts crowds these days should look at this, the respect is amazing.

  • @vcbenjy They should but it was actually brought up today on sky if the crowds were this quiet these days the players would be totally thrown off.

  • @paquaio09 Tell that to Paul Nicholson

  • @bilkomax Why would you say Nicholson.Nicholson likes to feed off the crowd thats why he brings that "bad guy" persona with him except most the time it works against him and he usually gets more agitated with the crowd and loses more focus.

  • this should have way more views! great stuff!

  • What a silence....

  • it was much much harder back then with those darts and those boards. look how tiny that space is compared to the new boards with the darts barrels like nowadays.. gosh

  • @stardustie you're an idiot, they're the same size its just the aspect ratio of the broadcast

  • @blehface3000 actually no. it's not about the aspect ratio, nearly no one uses those kinda barrels nowadays so it's harder to fit all three in to the same triple. another point is that the board lines or whatever they are called are smaller nowadays so it makes the triples and everything bigger, not much.. but some. i have measured em so i know. and oh, before calling me an idiot.. check your facts.

  • @stardustie "i have measured em so i know" Alright then, you're obviously an expert now

  • @blehface3000 To be fair,he is right about the barrels -just watching the darts now and they are a lot more streamlined, without the bulge at the bottom.

  • Great quality!
