But I have many Indian friends and we do share a lot of things and food is very similar i would say. Put it this way, they use curry and we use chile serrano and Jalapenos, Indians eat naan ant roti and we Latinos eat tortillas but at the end of the they it all comes out spicy and full of flava heheh

@lokipr aye ! now I am starving , you can manipulate that culinar jargon so well.now all I am thinking is food right now.the comparison of the various spices is important as they are used the same way on rice,chicken etc..I enjoyed some homemade chicken korma last week.I lived in London's sherpherd's bush and then Finsbury park and I discovered the finest indian spices there.I have a few very good friends from south India.They cook like kings.We cooke real french dishes for them too.
