avril can sing sarah song's easily but i don't know if sarah can sing avril songs like what the hell , when you're gone among others. i just can't imagine if she can hit the high notes and maintain high the energy like avril does with her song

I don't understandy why people are saying who's better than who when obviously both of them sing different genres. If people must insist that Avril is not comparable to Sarah then they are ignorant. I don't think they have heard Sarah sing pop punk (perhaps she's good at it...who knows?). One can compare versions, but definitely not the singer.

@ladder49 I agree with you, but in Avril's defense: Sarah wrote the song and she experienced the feelings the produced the song. Therefore, when Avril sings it, she did not experience the same things as Sarah did. So she may not be able to truly express the emotions in the song.
