thanx i don' speak or write very well in English but i would like to thank you for your beautiful video it's help a lot to me. i been suffering in panic attack for 4yrs. not and it's to bad for me bcoz it's like living hell, i loss my business and i cannot enjoy any =more like b4. going outside doing shopping and and going out w/ my kids...
Oh hey! Have you heard about - Supreme Panic Magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate at very last said ta ta the panic issue with it.
Thank you sincerely for this video. I am 29 years old and just started having panic attacks this month. Three so far. I thought and felt like I was going to die and the first one was the worst because I had no idea what was wrong with me. I have thick skin but I have always felt inferior in public and group situations. I feel like I don't breathe normally and stress constantly. It all added up and finally hit me hard but at least I know what it is now and how to prevent it. God bless.
i have had my first panic attack with my small children at home alone I was terridies and didn't know what to do it lasted 3 hours. thank you for validating my symptoms
I always used to have panic attacks. but after watching this i went to the shop and bought this stuff and now it really helps. thank you so much for this video and good luck with your panic attacks.
iv been having panic attacks for 2 years now, im 19 years old and they happpen nearly daily, i take kalms but they dont seem to do much, i struggle building up the confidence to go out anywhere eg town shopping its taking over my life! iv got alot better but stil have them, every docter i have been to seems to push me away and doesnt help! i used to be so confident go everywhere and have a massive group of friends now im lucky if i can build up the courage to go to the oub with them, any advise
@eddyhowell1 let me give you some real good advice.....if you are having panic attacks lay off colas, coffee and even marijuana. In some people marijuana causes "self awareness" and paranoia. Also.....try and force yourself to go out and do things.
@eddyhowell1 Dude i feel you im 19 years old as well, and ive been having Panic Attacks for close to 3 years now, i used to be a normal kid then it just hit me, its hard to go out places without having to feel like your gona die or pass out, i havent told anybody about this, and it bothers me so much, but yea man theres this dvd called "panic away" and the guy knows what hes talking about, look it up, i think it would help all of us, and also some pills from the doctor would kinda help too.
panic attacks, are like first ever seeing a spider in the corner and causing u first fright, but the more you encounter the more you become less scared,,same goes to a panic sufferer who has become scared to go out places/shops,,,do not become a recluse,it only makes you worse and more scared due to not encountering these things.
eat/sleep/exercise well, and do not smoke..it only makes thing worse unless you know its a strain which agrees with you.as for normal smoking,quit...
@0bannion i suffered for years, for me the rescue remedy and the herbal pills worked first day but realised it was just all in the mind lol,......as for perscribed drugs,no way!i found a beverage would relax me or maybe some cannabis, but it depended on what type.eat/sleep/exercise are the key,i cant stress that enough,i never thought id be rid but i am,i tried everything, every technique, but it was just the basics i had become slack with, and what was the cure.i used to have total terror,
Im a 17 year old male who has been taking panic attacks for the last 2 years or so. They used to be just occasional but got alot worse about 6 months ago, and I left school. I got the panic attacks because i used to get a really hard time at school with horrible false rumours going round about me. So i barely left my house. I was able to go and watch the football team i support Airdrie United, because i was at the place i loved the most. But i have learned to kinda control my panic attacks now.
I've been there and done it through the years, I use to freaked out real bad when i had a panic attack but over the years i was starting to control it. You just gotta keep your brain busy when you're in the panic mode, Trust me! There's chemical imbalanced in your brain that doesn't get enough the right cells and it causes panic attacks on some people, Turn the negatives into postives by focusing on your favorite hobby or something that you like to do. Try and see if it works out for you, 5/5!
I have panic attacks a lot and they really are the most awful horrible feeling in the world. this video helps so much! i'm definitely getting rescue remedy, and the part about continuing your activity and not giving in to the attack is very true. THANK YOU
When I have one, I know a trick... Pretend like you're casting a spell. Swing your arm out and say "DISPERSE!!" and cast it out of you. That's what I do, and it works. It makes it go away fast.
You've provided some really great information in your video. Although these are only temporary measures, there is a method that is completely drug free and has worked for thousands of anxiety and panic attack sufferers. More info can be found at howtocureanxietyx. com

After many years I gave into my very frequent and frightening panic attacks by leading a secluded life. With help from my GP I now go out and have joined a running club. I still get panic attacks but I deal with them head on. You mentioned flight or fight – and it is just like that – as you recommend stay and fight them. The breathing exercise is great – I find it helpful to lightly tap my chest as I count my breathing – it calms me down.
Thank you so much for sharing!!! Most videos I have seen want you to pay for the information. I really appreciate your desire to help others!! I only recently discovered that the symptoms I've been having for 2 years now is actually a panic attack and not a health issue like my past doctors have thought. None of the medication ever helped and so I became very frustrated, wanting to get better but not knowing what the problem was or how to fix it. I will try your suggestions. Thanks again!
I just want to say thank you for these tips. I'm just now realizing that I have been suffering from anxiety for a while now. I'm just glad to know what it is. Before I didn't have words to place how I felt when I was having a panic attack. There was no one else to relate to about my attacks.
Really good video Jane. Good job. As you know, unless someone has experienced the pre-panic attack anxiety sensations it's very hard for them to understand. My heart goes out to anyone who suffers with this. I only get it if I've been out for example 2 nights in a row and have had a few pints, but thankfully that's where it ends. I call it "The Fear." I cannot imagine what it would be like to live with this fear 24/7. I believe regular exercise helps a lot which is something I'm starting up
Thanks Jane. Just listening to you talk about it helps. Your tips are encouraging and I will look into them. My panic attacks are infrequent fortunately and I know they will pass. Just listening to others talk about it really helps. Isn't the internet great!
Brilliant, thanks for the tips. I have used alcohol awhile now while I'm home but over the years I've seen myself less and less going out. To the point of just staying home to drink so I don't get a panic attack. I need to get control over this.
@screechymon There is substantial evidence to suggest that alcohol is a cause of anxiety, and obviously it's anxiety that brings on the panic attack. As I have posted below, I never get anxiety unless I've been out 2 nights in a row and have necked a few pints. Essentially dealing with anxiety via alcohol consumption is counter productive. I would strongly advise you to make steps so that you have the opportunity to re-learn new habits. Very tough to start with, but well worth it ! Best of luck!
I have had severe panic attacks for 20 years untill I have discovered the books of a late Australian Doctor CLAIRE WEEKES which in fact saved my life.I read all her 5 books and PRACTICE everyday all her recommendation and i am now CURED.
Please check out my channel. I used to suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, ocd and agarophobia. I no longer suffer or go through any of it. I have my testimony on how I overcame it all in "my uploads" section on my channel. Please see it...you can be saved from it with no meds, no paying for any "techinique" or paying for anything. It's not a sales strategy...it's my true story. Love you all.

thanks, i am like that but i am going to regularly practise the excercises. Recently i was on the plane back home to england and just before we were about to take off my stomuch started to hurt quite a bit then I just went into total panic attack. I try and think does it matter. and try and see it as a small blip and not let it escalate. What was that bottle you had and where do you get it from?
I think different people have different ways to cure panic attack. to concentrate seems to be hard. thinking about nature, regular exercise , meditation , yoga heals a lot . smoking is never gonna cure panic attack
o my i have had panic attacks since i was 8. and you know what i wouldnt wish them on my worst enemy i have a pretty bad panic attack usually twice every other day or ever day. it sucksss majorly.
my attacks just came on me for no reason just happened but i think its things playing on ur mind not talking about things stuff building up inside you but i aint gona give in no way its my life and am gona live it
also I've noticed focusing on my breathing makes things worse, maybe I'm doing it wrong but yeah I get panicky when slowing my breathing down. Distraction and riding it out is my best bet I think but I do replay what happened in my head and I have been avoiding going shopping and stuff because the other day I had one in the supermarket. I got kinda pissed off that this happened but I know dwelling is giving in. I tried rescue remedy, 2 squirts as directed but didn't work. do I need more ?
I've had anxiety disorder for about 7 years now, and was on venlafaxine which worked for about 6 months but I became addicated for 3 years trying to get off it, eventually I did my axiety came back, and recently I had a big panic attack for the first time in about..... 4 years, and now since the other day I've had a persistent feeling of chronic anxiety and it affects my breathing everyday all through the day, I tried to distract myself and sometimes it's works but I sometimes lose focus cont...

So true! I get used to get them all the time and I suffered with really bad anxiety for almost 7-8 months. Now, not totally cured but I can control them. Good and genuine video. If you want, check out my videos. xoxo
of course you're not fully cured... your methodology is garbage - these all treat the symptoms rather than the cause... the best cure for a panic attack is to want panic attacks (seek them out)
You have this shit eating grin on your face while talking about something so mentally draining and crippling as panic attacks ? it looks almost like you are going to laugh .
I suffer from panic attacks every so often and they don't put a grin on my face at all.
And as for rescue remedy i have tried it and it failed to work for me , it might help calm someone who is a little nervous but no way does it help someone with severe panic attacks .
Do you know if short term memory is effected by panic attacks? Every day its a constant struggle for my short term memory. Just curious if anyone else has that problem or if its something else causeing that for me.
my short term memory can be so bad, that sometimes I can forget like.. what I just have done, my long term memory is amazing tho! too good! im sure it has to do with panic attacks. I guess if your always anxious your not going to be able to concentrate or remember so well, spesh if your tired, thats how I find it anyway. My GP gave me sertraline tho which is an anti depressent! it helps soo much! ask about it any of you who suffer with anxiety.
your video is excellent, well done. i have suffered panic attacks from an early age and they are the most frightening thing ever, all the advice you have given is soooooooooooo true, thankyou, thankyou..........i am crying now because i know there is hope out there and im not going to give up
Thanks a lot for your tips! The first time I had it was 17 years ago and from time to time, when I am under pressure or with too many preoccupations they tend to happen again. One of the things that feel which I don't like is that I feel different from everyone else and when we see people expressing themselves naturally like you we remember that it is ok to have it. I am learning to deal with it. Sometimes I feel really confident and at other times I feel really hopeless. I try to be positive.
I can't even breath when I have a panic attack. When I breath slowly, I feel dizzier and start to hyperventilate and cry. My throat feels like it's closing up and the only thing that saves me is sleep when I can get it. I need to be alone. I'm very emotional and I think too much and I'm sensitive. But I don't feel like I'm going to die. I want to die. It makes me want to kill myself. I've never tried because I know that it will pass. I don't ever want to give in. It's too horrible.
@veggiefan2k4 I have the same type of panic attacks as you and it is miserable! I have been having them a lot this past week and it seems to be getting worse by the day. I know I got through it once before and didn't have any for like 6 years but now it's harder to get rid of them it seems, maybe I have more stress in my life now than I did when i was 15 :/
@slm32402 I also have GAD, and Panic Disorder, though they fall under the same range of disorders, they do not feel the same. I've got to deal with feeling depressed, anxious, and the panic attacks. I can't help but think that it has less to do with stress (maybe just in my case) than one would think. I am never stress around the times I get panic attacks. When I am stressed, I get anxiety attacks. I wish I knew what to do. Jane Davis gives good advice, but sadly it doesn't work for everyone.
Its always good to see someone genuine talking about this and not scamming money of the people who suffer this ! (Charles linden) Loved your wee video and great to see your dealing with it . Ive had it for nine years now , dont get panic attacks much any more ,but still get very anx out in public places , but i deal with it , distract my thoughts like you do and think of something happy . The only thing that scares the hell out of me are palpitations , Once again thanx for your wee video !!
You are a very wise and considerate person. You seem to have a good understanding of what anxiety can do to someone if not controlled. You also gave some good tips too! Thanks for posting your thoughtful video.....
You have helped me a lot! thank you so much. When i didn't understand something in math I would get a panic attack and almost cry. And I tried not to cry but then I remembered the breathing thing got focused and Overcame it.
omg thank you do much for the video i also get panic attacks for no reason at all I am also a very sensitive and moody person but rly thanx for the help i am gna try the drops. :)
I forgot to mention that I myself had panic attacks alot, they are what drove me to good health. That and eczema. There were other things wrong with my body I'm sure but those were the obvious symptoms.
Fever, runny nose, sneezing are all symptoms of a cold. Your body is trying to expel and "cook" the virus.
I can tell by looking at you that your diet probably isn't very good (please I'm not trying to insult you), if your heart is fast and palpatating already then you'll get a panic attack if it speeds up to ridiculous rates when you're in a scary situation. You MUST improve your diet and excercise. Please talk to me, I'd consider it an honour if you let me help.
Hey! i would like to say thank you and god bless you :D i have the resque remidy! i have the panic were you feel all tite and horrid! and can i say to everyone out there who has them........ remember it WILL pass in time just stay calm and dont worry because over 7,000 vues witch means over 7,000 people have panic attaks and they all end up fine, just be brave he a hero and love yourself!
i used to suffer from panic attacks in my late teens to mid 20s. they were realy xtreame. my hole body used to go numb, [like when you get pins and needles]. i am tottally cured now thankfully. my advice for them would be to focus on something to take your mind off of whats happining. if you worry when you feel 1 comming on the worse it will get! its a vicous cycle! i used to go out for a walk for 15-20mins until i knew i was getting better. another way to cure 1 is just laugh about it!
I've been suffering from panic disorder (among other things) for basically my entire life. It is one of the most terrifying things a person could ever experience, even if you really are in no true danger. Your video was very helpful and insightful. Thank you for sharing. :) It's nice to know that other people go through the same thing. You seem very understanding. I look forward to more videos.
guys rescue remedy works my freind was a nerves person couldnt even talk to girls or go into shops without panicing and going red in the face and the doctor said try rescue remedy and now his like a different person his been taking it for 2 years and he is now married with a daughter . you have to keep taking it but god is it worth it . i now take it before stressfull situations its fantastic and will inprove your life
I had a solid year of daily attacks and it was enough to send me into a deep depression. I was sure it was due to brain trauma after a concussion because I had never had a attack until then. Also it could be because of a lack of exercise after I had previously gotten daily workouts. But I was 14 and it passed eventually, and I think it was because I started to exercise a lot and as a result after my exercise I got a massive hit of beta endorphins which is a neuro transmitter that calms you down
I cannot say I had a serious problem but I know I am not speaking from a valid enough view point but the positive neuro transmitters in your brain like dopamine and serotonin get released naturally and there are many ways to artificially release them using drugs like ecstasy and Xanax but there is many natural ways to realese them too (I do not know off the top of my head though). I really hope I said something at least a little bit useful.
i think you just made everything better....im 15 and last year i got a concussion in football from a HUGE hit. and i felt it during winter break where i didnt excersize at all THANK YOU
learn not to be afraid of panic attacks.tell yourself that no matter how bad it seems/feels at the moment for you, nothing bad is going to happen its going to pass.distract yourself. breathing exercises can be very effective, even more so than taking a xanax for example. realize its just your mind playing tricks on u, triggered by stress probably.just stop worrying in general.also this is very effective to get your general stress levels down if done regularly:google progressive muscle relaxation
thankyou ver very much for this video, ive started having them in the last month and they are scary as hell! youve done a better job of reasurring me and than a lot of people, its nice to know there are other people going through the same thing i guess. thanks :)
I get them quite a bit. I usually just close my eyes and say to myself in my head "You're having a panic attack, that's all it is... nothing serious. Just calm down and it will go away in a minute" and just BREATHE!!! Control your breathing and DON'T TRY TO FIGHT THE PANIC ATTACK. LET IT PASS. It will NOT hurt you and it WILL be over soon.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read books by the late Dr Claire Weekes. Her methods are the ONLY permanent cure.
I had my first attack about 10 years ago -after that couldnt drive, stand in a queue, say on my own. Now i can have attacks in tha fast lane of a motorway, in a lift, in a cinema, anywhere ,and they dont matter one bit.
hello , I'm a 41 year old man in the usa, and I just started getting these attacks. they just started happening from out of the blue. but thanks to yours and so many others putting this kind of imformation out ther has helped me through. I can feel them comming on but am able to let them pass in jst a few minuts. but before they were really bad I thought I was going to die.
smoke straw berry cough medical marijana, it as a Powerful High too it, it hits the head, with a knock out, then it works its way to a very nice indeed BODY HIGH to the legs too and feet!!! seriously if you feel panic attack, smoke it, the effect well relax you with intease high... or try medical marijana that has strong laughing effect, try 2 of them, then you will have a nice SMILE on your face... bye
I used have bad panic attacks, but after a full long year being anti-social, and i thought why should i care what others thinks about me or my panic attacks. and i dont honestly get panic attacks anymore.
If you need advice on panic attacks look up THE LINDEN METHOD. This will give you all the advice you need, you can by a package which can cure the panic attacks and rid them from your system for the rest of your life. Over 100,000 people have used it and they've all been successful. I think its amazing! Warning, do not take any form of anxiety drug because it can lead to a heavy addiction and councelling usually wont help, try the linden method and im sure you will feel better just by reading it
Hi, Thank you soooooo much for this, I am so happy that i can relate to you. I have panic attacks everyday. I have had one since 5pm today and it is not going away. I feel a little better after hearing you talk that I am adding you to my favourites and will watch it next time i get one. Thank you. You're an angel!!!!!!!!!!!!1
When i'm in a panic attack, it feels like im clostraphobic. I just wanna get out of the building. Its like I'm gonna collapse and need air to breathe. Even out enjoying a drink with da lads I can suddenly get 1. Its really horrible. Even when I'm relaxing I can take 1. Whats the name of the remedy? Thanks for the tips. Its good to know I'm not the only 1
I've dealt with panic attacks for a couple of years and Now when i feel one coming on i focus on breathing slow and it helps a little ....Have a paper bag on you and focus on something happy ....Ive tried rescue remedy and it's not bad it does calm you a little But if the anxiety is really bad Medication would not be a bad idea along with therapy .
Medication its good, with small amounts it helps but doesnt make it go away. maybe when you get panic attack, watch tv or go on small walk. it will work as the human brain its easily confused, if you know how to start control your feelings.
Thank you for your video clip on Panic attacks. Ive been having them.. not many but they are very scary and when i first got one i didnt know what was happening to me. I thought i was going to die and i went very dizzy and my legs felt ver heavy when i tried to walk. It seems to happen when i go to bed.
hey, i watched your video a few days ago and took notice of what you said about bachs rescue remedy. i was very skeptical about trying it but was/am willing to try anything to trying and stay calm during a panic attack. i went out yesterday and bought some, and i have to say, i'm very impressed with the results. it really does take the edge off and helps me calm down. so thanks for the advice, it really helped me =]
Well I just suffered from a really bad ppanic attack in the car, and I get the breathing thing and then I usually feel like im goingbto faint, but the key is to not let it get that far, focus on something else with panic attacks it's all mental, so if you never think of panic attacks you will never have one unless it is a chemical reaction, then there is medication to help you. Always!!!!!! Know that you will not die it is only uncomfortable.
hi all im suffring from panics for the last 5 years i was very good in health before but i lost my health and confidance both due to this bullshit desease.
but for the last 5 years i have never quit fighting with it.i never let it to overcome,as i know it can occur on some places but i never stop going over there.
my suggetion to all of u people fight against this desease and never let it to control ur life.
i keep having panic attacks all over the place and even in my "comfort zone"... i cant control them and i feel as though i cannot breathe and i am dying.. any more advice on how to control this feeling ?! thank you for your video post!
As for my experience, when i want to stop a panic attack, i look for my power of will to be ok. Trust yourself, and want with great power of will to feel fine.
yeah i had my first panic attk last night. my tounge when dry etc etc. bassically it started when i thought i couldnt breath and i was wondering if im crazy or just need a medical help¿
i get panic attacks when im worried or if something isnt rite with me like my body or my heart then i cant breath and i get scared man i had chest pains but its a panic
thanks sooo much for this video , i suffer from panic attacks , i have atleast 2 a day and it sucks =[ .. its really hard for me to focus but im really gonna try harder. im 17 and ive had them since i was 11 .. so im trying to deal with them but its very hard though , but thanks again ! my names Martina , whats yours?
I'm having one right now. This second. I'm sick of living like this :/
My sympathies to anyone who suffers with this, they've shattered my life. At the moment whenever I shake one off and feel a little bit better, I'm immediately hit by another wave of fear and then it's another battle to keep that one at bay. It feels like it's never going to end.
thank you so much for this video, you seem so caring and everything, thank you! i had a panic attack today at school infront of my class when i was giving a speech. i felt like a couldnt breath and i thought i was going to die, and i was shaking uncontrobably it was horrible and completely emberassing. i also get panic attacks when theres a lot of people around and its completly silent. its horrible because of the silence. thanks for this vid and your advice:)
Im 19 and an alcoholic coz its the only proper way to get rid of them.... Ive tried EVERYTHING and what i found proved best was just not caring in the slightest about them.... Good idea to set up a video bout them though, its a very isolating illness and its good to know that its not just me...
hey, thx for the video.. strange how i never had them till i turned 36, 2 years on and there ruling my life, its stopping me doing stuff i love doing, for example went to meet a friend today for a coffee in a local book store, had to drive home before i got out the car!! i hate them, thx for the tips, gonna try them
Im 12 and i have the same thing...

@eddyhowell1 Dude i feel you im 19 years old as well, and ive been having Panic Attacks for close to 3 years now, i used to be a normal kid then it just hit me, its hard to go out places without having to feel like your gona die or pass out, i havent told anybody about this, and it bothers me so much, but yea man theres this dvd called "panic away" and the guy knows what hes talking about, look it up, i think it would help all of us, and also some pills from the doctor would kinda help too.

panic attacks, are like first ever seeing a spider in the corner and causing u first fright, but the more you encounter the more you become less scared,,same goes to a panic sufferer who has become scared to go out places/shops,,,do not become a recluse,it only makes you worse and more scared due to not encountering these things.
eat/sleep/exercise well, and do not smoke..it only makes thing worse unless you know its a strain which agrees with you.as for normal smoking,quit...
water is the key too.

When I have one, I know a trick... Pretend like you're casting a spell. Swing your arm out and say "DISPERSE!!" and cast it out of you. That's what I do, and it works. It makes it go away fast.

I believe regular exercise helps a lot which is something I'm starting up
AidanParle 1 year ago
Thanks Jane. Just listening to you talk about it helps. Your tips are encouraging and I will look into them. My panic attacks are infrequent fortunately and I know they will pass. Just listening to others talk about it really helps. Isn't the internet great!
Thanks again.

Brilliant, thanks for the tips. I have used alcohol awhile now while I'm home but over the years I've seen myself less and less going out. To the point of just staying home to drink so I don't get a panic attack. I need to get control over this.
screechymon 1 year ago
@screechymon There is substantial evidence to suggest that alcohol is a cause of anxiety, and obviously it's anxiety that brings on the panic attack. As I have posted below, I never get anxiety unless I've been out 2 nights in a row and have necked a few pints. Essentially dealing with anxiety via alcohol consumption is counter productive. I would strongly advise you to make steps so that you have the opportunity to re-learn new habits. Very tough to start with, but well worth it ! Best of luck!

What if your panic attacks are caused by a dread that you know is absolutely inevitable?
You're going to die, and your kid(s) are going to be without you, alone.
The "black dog" Churchill wrote of just hits you sometimes. Sometimes you know it's liable to happen, say when travelling, or when darkness falls.
Maybe only those who have panic attacks are feeling their lives the way they really are.
Yes they're natural. That's the worst truth of all for we sufferers.
tammas2000 1 year ago
of course you're not fully cured... your methodology is garbage - these all treat the symptoms rather than the cause... the best cure for a panic attack is to want panic attacks (seek them out)

Just curious if anyone else has that problem or if its something else causeing that for me.
timfode 1 year ago
@timfode hey
my short term memory can be so bad, that sometimes I can forget like.. what I just have done, my long term memory is amazing tho! too good! im sure it has to do with panic attacks. I guess if your always anxious your not going to be able to concentrate or remember so well, spesh if your tired, thats how I find it anyway. My GP gave me sertraline tho which is an anti depressent! it helps soo much! ask about it any of you who suffer with anxiety.

It's too horrible.
veggiefan2k4 1 year ago
@veggiefan2k4 I have the same type of panic attacks as you and it is miserable! I have been having them a lot this past week and it seems to be getting worse by the day. I know I got through it once before and didn't have any for like 6 years but now it's harder to get rid of them it seems, maybe I have more stress in my life now than I did when i was 15 :/
slm32402 1 year ago
@slm32402 I also have GAD, and Panic Disorder, though they fall under the same range of disorders, they do not feel the same. I've got to deal with feeling depressed, anxious, and the panic attacks. I can't help but think that it has less to do with stress (maybe just in my case) than one would think. I am never stress around the times I get panic attacks. When I am stressed, I get anxiety attacks. I wish I knew what to do. Jane Davis gives good advice, but sadly it doesn't work for everyone.

I forgot to mention that I myself had panic attacks alot, they are what drove me to good health. That and eczema. There were other things wrong with my body I'm sure but those were the obvious symptoms.
FunkMasterGodOfRock2 2 years ago
Panic attacks are symptoms.
Please talk to me, I'd consider it an honour if you let me help.

i used to suffer from panic attacks in my late teens to mid 20s. they were realy xtreame. my hole body used to go numb, [like when you get pins and needles]. i am tottally cured now thankfully. my advice for them would be to focus on something to take your mind off of whats happining. if you worry when you feel 1 comming on the worse it will get! its a vicous cycle! i used to go out for a walk for 15-20mins until i knew i was getting better. another way to cure 1 is just laugh about it!

I had a solid year of daily attacks and it was enough to send me into a deep depression. I was sure it was due to brain trauma after a concussion because I had never had a attack until then. Also it could be because of a lack of exercise after I had previously gotten daily workouts. But I was 14 and it passed eventually, and I think it was because I started to exercise a lot and as a result after my exercise I got a massive hit of beta endorphins which is a neuro transmitter that calms you down
CalvinDax 2 years ago
I cannot say I had a serious problem but I know I am not speaking from a valid enough view point but the positive neuro transmitters in your brain like dopamine and serotonin get released naturally and there are many ways to artificially release them using drugs like ecstasy and Xanax but there is many natural ways to realese them too (I do not know off the top of my head though). I really hope I said something at least a little bit useful.

learn not to be afraid of panic attacks.tell yourself that no matter how bad it seems/feels at the moment for you, nothing bad is going to happen its going to pass.distract yourself. breathing exercises can be very effective, even more so than taking a xanax for example. realize its just your mind playing tricks on u, triggered by stress probably.just stop worrying in general.also this is very effective to get your general stress levels down if done regularly:google progressive muscle relaxation

Beardy811 2 years ago
Medication its good, with small amounts it helps but doesnt make it go away. maybe when you get panic attack, watch tv or go on small walk. it will work as the human brain its easily confused, if you know how to start control your feelings.

hey, i watched your video a few days ago and took notice of what you said about bachs rescue remedy. i was very skeptical about trying it but was/am willing to try anything to trying and stay calm during a panic attack. i went out yesterday and bought some, and i have to say, i'm very impressed with the results. it really does take the edge off and helps me calm down. so thanks for the advice, it really helped me =]

As for my experience, when i want to stop a panic attack, i look for my power of will to be ok. Trust yourself, and want with great power of will to feel fine.

It's only Vilift that cured me from my depression and anxiety attacks. it's really effective for me.
swastedcat 2 years ago
Im 19 and an alcoholic coz its the only proper way to get rid of them.... Ive tried EVERYTHING and what i found proved best was just not caring in the slightest about them.... Good idea to set up a video bout them though, its a very isolating illness and its good to know that its not just me...
