really beautiful! I'm getting ready to shoot 7219 so I was happy to see it capture so much in your film. Did you just open up all they way in the night shots, auto meter, or use a spot meter? Looks great!
Finally, not just another timelapsed HD video of "high tech" Tokyo. F-cking beautiful texture...I am in a trance. I've wanted a Bolex H16 since I was 16...
Thank you very much. It is against every rationality to use the old bolex for holiday shootings. But I like it. Bought mine two years ago. It is like drinking wine out of a glas instead of using a plastic cup.
@fixinmytie Hi fixinmytie! I shot the footage with my H16 reflex. Behind the lense there is a small prism splitting the light to the viewers eye (20-25%) and the rest on the film. The transfer is made by screenshot-berlin and is not in HD scanned. Thanks for the walk on Yonge Street nice project.
Thank you for your comment! I used a KERN Vario-Switar Compact 1:3,5 f=17-85mm fort the daylight scenes and for the night shots I used a Schneider-Kreuznach Cine-Xenon RX 1:1,4/ f=25mm. For the night scenes 7219 Kodak 500T Vision3 and 7201 Kodak 50D Vision2 for the day scenes.
