Boston gained my respect last season I'm no longer a Celtics' hater, but still not a fan either They finished as Atlantic division champs for a 4th straight year, have a starting line-up of all current/recent allstars, and have won 50+ games for 4 seasons in a row I will mainly dislike them when they go against my #1 favorite NBA team the L.A Lakers Other than that I'm just giving them the credit that they are due

If chris paul doesnt wanna sign for more years keep rondo he had a shitty year last season i think this coming year will be another improvement year like 09 10 was. For this season u sign a defensive rebounding center with some good scoring power off the bench that are young and athletic that can run with rondo on the fast break.

The Celtics still have a solid core at least for the next season (whenever it may be) but they need to sign some young bigs to fill the gaps, rebound and contribute offensively. I'd love to see the C's sign someone like JJ Hickson or a Roy Hibbert type.

@tm4985. I agree Heat fanbase is fake but I remember watching Lakers at Celtics in Spring 2007 (when the Celtics had the worse record in the NBA) and the whole arena was chanting MVP for Kobe. Sounds like a fair weather fanbase to me. Oh and the Bulls could have won Titles without MJ (see 1994 where they were one bad call away from winning East) because MJ had great help with Pippen, Rodman, Kukoc, Harper, and great role players.

A close friend of mine who lives in Boston told me because he himself is a bandwagoner as he admitted to rooting for the Bulls that game with a whole section of Boston people yet the next season they were all diehard Celts. And yes I admit you and LA are the top two historically but Bulls nearly won a ring without MJ in 1994 so it was not just one man.
