@hbunn5 Thank you for your feedback. Normally these fundamental skills are taught methodically within the context of a 5-day workshop. What you are seeing here is a highly distilled explanation of very abstract concepts that one employs with their own attention. Since the act of directing attention (internally and externally) is not quite a visible phenomena there is a necessity for detailed explanation and instruction.
