As I agreed with the progression of the Council and the forward movement, I am looking carefully at what this President will do. He says alotta things at his introduction, but there ha to be results for Utubia's expansion.

The founding structure DOES call for a President. That position CAN be different in name but MUST serve in that function, and yes, it MUST be a single person. That was clearly spelled-out in the beginning. The current structure is out of balance with the founding principles. The Tribal Council served in the capacity of Interrim Leader, but yes, we must grant the office of the presidency as per the founding principles. If not then we are merely a herd of pigs or a pride of ducks.

Who is fast tracking this move? No president is elected without a vote unless there is a death and one is appointed. But no one died and no one needs to be replaced.
