Other people have responded and said that they also had the same thing happen. So I guess that the result can't be guaranteed and is risky.

The office just said "Sometimes this happens" with no remorse for the emotional and physical pain I was in.  I think they were afraid to admit the negligence.

I now have hyper pigmentation and blotchiness where the worst burns were.
