They don't fight because they would like to hurt and kill each other, but because they crave for the competition and the pleasure of such fight sports. It's something which you have to experience yourself to believe. I know that it is hard to hate someone and care for them at the same time. I had lots of problems with it at first. But now I know that no matter how much I hurt, if I don't kill him I only make him stronger.

They don't fight because they hate each other, they fight for either the fun of the sport or for financial income (or for both). So they still show respect towards opponents. In the middle of the fight, mindset is "kick this guys ass", but afterwards, they 'should' be thinking "good fight" or whatevs.

Actually, it's really hard to respond to such kicks as you never know what's coming next. TKD can execute various kicks from the same certain amount of spin and height. Plus, them being professionals, they get even lesser to react before they are hit. They are so fast, that by the time one realises what's happening, the other already connects. In matches, you generally shut your brain and go for Brawl mode. Thinking is the enemy of acting in such matches.

They fight with no padding, and hence, it attracts some people looking to pound others' faces in. Hmm, the Taekwondo fighter is Japanese.

The two things that annoy me about this fight is that the Taekwondo fighters hands are always down. I hate that, i was in taekwondo for 9 years together in 2 different styles and we were always told to keep our hands up.

His balance sucks too.

The other thing, the "Muay Thai" fighters hands are also pretty low but not as low as the TKD fighters and he always seems to get hit but doesn't hit back.
