This is absolutely obscenely criminal...that beautiful dog is far superior to all those people in the background acting as if nothing is happening while this poor dog is dying in agony for their stupidity. I don't know what these women with the fur collars are doing, I hope they're trying to relieve the suffering. This world is a hell and needs to be overhauled and the evil removed forever.
