they did once in the first season but the camra melted so they had the inside of the oven, microwave, frig-frezer made with out the elements

A little, but Food Detectives is the basically the Food Network's Mythbusters. They did the myth of whether the 5 second rule is true, which it isn't. What's the best thing to get rid off nasty odors in your fridge, which is some weird charcoal stuff. They even did the EXACT same myth as mythbusters, "What's the best cure for hot chili mouth?" Which is milk. ^_^

well think of it this way. theres like 50 people next door, lots of generators, equipment, kitchens outside to cook. theres alot of stuff for a show.

I started playing this episode and then went into the kitchen to get a snack, while still listening to the video.When I heard you mention one thing that made for a good show, I hurried back to the computer with lustful anticipation.I watched the whole episode, and while it was good, I was disappointed and thought I'd missed the good part. So I replayed the video. That's when I discovered that you said what made a good show was "Whacky sets". I thought you'd said "Whacky sex". My mistake.
