I can't see in the video but I'm guessing you have the clear wheels on the bottom of the PVC piping. I'm going to make a dog scooter for a rottweiler (at work) and hopefully, with her weight, the wheels won't crack and break. I know someone will laugh at me but the dog will be greatful! Thank you for sharing this video. I love this little "scooter" you made. I'm also going to make the "Sling Purse" to assist holding up the dog while walking it to another room. Thank You so much!!!

It lifts it up to were it does not have to set all its weight on its paws
