You are very talented! Do you ever have any pieces fall over in the wind? We get some real strong and gusty winds here. I think the base would have to be bigger to withstand the winds here.
Never had a piece blow over George. They are well weighted in some cases with rocks if I'm able to conceal them and I try to use as wide a base as I can find.
That's great that none have ever blown over. Your talents at making them are a gift! Keep up the good work. I'm sure you won't have any trouble selling them.
Oh thank you George you are so kind. I'm looking forward to getting out there and selling just as soon as my portfolio is complete. I't 3/4 done now. Stay tuned....and thanks for stoppin in.
I got an email notification you replied to this comment but there was nothing. You know if you have something to say I want to hear it. Even if it is nasty, oh what am I saying nothing nasty would be coming out of those sweet lips.................... ?
The Company I work with uses alot of those glass cabachons. I've been working on some designs lately, and thinking alot about taking slag glass chunks and grinding them down to small pieces for gluing on something...whattaya tink?
LOL some fashion designer did that recently for adhering on a dress...can u imagine?!
Thanks Liz. Grinding down chunks of glass into small bits would make something wonderful like a stepping stone in the garden maybe? Could you imagine how heavy that dress must have been?
Not really, only when I get to the Riverside and reserves. Otherwise, laid up is pretty boring, but I do get the chance to watch all the Videos, when cable is not down ;)
That is gorgeous!:)
