ths todd....yup well designed and hard as nail...this wasnt build like a regular skyscaper i.e re-bar inside concrete...this building was steel....concrete in it to of course but essentially the building was made of metal.
The architect, Yamasaki, had a fear of fear of heights. It can be seen expressed in the form of narrow window slots, less than average shoulder width of a person! He also thought it would offer the tenants a feeling of greater security. Hah!
Is the 110th floor the roof?Or was another floor?
