The progressive tax code is a piece of shit. In any other reality, such a "bracket system" wouldnt even be considered because of its total unfairness to those who acheive, not to mention the confusion it causes. The reason he, and some others that wanted a public option voted for the 'obamacare', is because they had to decide whether this bill was better than NO bill. They decided that it was better than nothing. There are a few good things in in, but overall it is a piece of shit, and a large part of that is because the reps fought so hard against the original bill, and Obama didn't fight for it at all. So now we have a shit bill, but it may be better than nothing.
