See this is what I mean with digital or video cameras they are so easy to manipulate that it can even fool someone that works in post production I have never ran into a video i couldn't explain all i am is survielance equipment installer, but I'm always called upon to look into anamolies such as these because of concerned clients, this is a reflection or rather refraction occurring at the same time confusing the camera and the observer, a mechanical camera with no lens = no ghosts or ghosting

The image is between the camera and the gate, the light washes it out briefly but you can see it briefly when it first approaches.

As to the "image ghosting" idea, a) in the full vid you can see that these are CRT moniters and not ancient ones (shouldn't ghost) and b) you can see the waves moving.

Don't ge me wrong. I do agree with you, but one more thing that needs to be adressed is the "ghosting" issue (pardon the phrase) that comes with recording video over top of old videos repeatedly. Once this is adressed, this can be very good evidence.
