  • Why did it lose the sequencer from the original G?

  • THIS OR THE JUNO STAGE ?

  • this is going on my list :)

  • I wish I could afford one of these.....

  • witch is best keyboard Yamaha mm6 or juno gi for this genre music styles?? Drum n Bass Techno/Trance/hard house/jumpstyle/Hip-hop pop/Eurodance Goa etc...

  • @HopeBusheTV you can buy one used at Guitar Center for about $700 not a bad price and plus the do 12 month finacing for roland products check it out i just purchased one

  • I want the Spongebob Drumset!

  • at 5:15 he started feeling the funk! :D

  • I wish i can afford this, guys can you support me and provide one for my university "Kingston University" in London. As a music tech student this would be very helpful and allow me and others at the university to be creative and express themselves musically.

  • I don't deserve to have one of these.

  • I just bought one of these damn things. How the hell will I learn how to use it? hehe

  • Funkin' for jamaica !

  • But no access to the envelope or oscillators, canned (good) sounds with effects. Are Roland planning any software to assist with editing the arpeggio or chord memory?

  • Hi,

i own a Roland Juno G and would like to know what the main differences are with the Gi. Besides the difference in sequencing capabilities what are the key differences between the two boards?

  • My Juno G display started misbehaving immediately after the warranty period (just after one year) and searched for Juno G Display problems in youtube and found lot of similar result. Do not know whether Gi has an updated display. Roland should not have compromised in its quality. I was told the sampler is missing in Juno Gi for a elevated cost.

  • 03:51 EARGASM

  • how much is this? seems expensive

  • @BorgieBabyxx About $1000

  • never heard gimme some loving that way before

  • 06:43 Become a world famous hip-hop musician!!!

  • holy shit this is awesome !!! im going to sell my jackson rr1 guitar and buy this Juno

  • men how do u mix the piano and strings all 2gether

  • BRAZIL HAS THE WORST PRICE IN WORLD.

THIS KEYBOARD IS TOO MUCH EXPENSIVE!

I'D LIKE TO HAVE ONE OF THESES, BUT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE,

IT COST MONTHS OF HARD WORK!

    I HATE YOU BRAZIL!

  • @zeksouza1

So get something else then. Get a real cheap MIDI controller with sliders and knobs, and a DAW like Sonar X1, and you can do everything and more that the Gi does.

  • @MeldMagic Except gig

  • Hey! I'm gonna buy a keyboard, please, wich Keyboard do I have to buy?

I need a great piano song, I'm in doubt about the Juno D, Juno G, Juno Di and Juno Gi, wich keyboard do I have to buy??

  • how to edit the rythm pattern can you demo how...cause i bought juno gi but i confuse on how to edit the rythm pattern ...thanks a lot

  • what patch number did u use in 6:43 and which arp mode??the song called "the way i are" by Timbaland...thnx in advance and more power to you...

  • Wow! That was lavos theme from Chrono Trigger at 2:36!

  • is that spongebob in the corner?

  • I really want one, I have never been in love with a musical instrument so much!!!!!!

  • you can use this as a MIDI controller right?

  • Folks the Juno Gi is NOT an upgrade to the Juno G. They are completely different apart from the name. The Juno Gi has no sequencer or sampling where the Juno G does. The Gi has a better audio recorder and the audio/midi interface but that's not what I would call an "upgrade" when your losing such fundamentals as the midi sequencer and sampling ?The Gi is what it is and you have to judge it on it's own merits not in comparison to what went before.

  • That's it... i'm buying one!

  • @chez117 Me Too!

  • I want one. Who wants to buy my grandmother?

  • I wanna hear him play the Sponge Bob drums

  • it's come with memory card? if it is what capacity?

  • not even close to what Juno G dose, Gi is downgrade version of G, people upgrade things roland not downgrade it. Digital recording who really needs that, anyone?

  • @webncyber The synth engine in the Juno-G is from the old Fantom X that was discontinued years ago. It doesn't sound anywhere near as good as the Fantom G engine in the Juno-Gi. The Juno-Gi is an upgrade from the discontinued Juno-G.

  • @TomZentra HI, oh ok thanks, I already returned it back, it did not work for me.

  • my dad was just recording with one and he thinks its a great little kb

  • 10:44 I WANT THAT EXPANSIONS :D

  • Can you sing through the juno mix the vox levels and use it like a vox fx processor also during live shows plus be able to use the keyboard sounds? That would be cool then I wouldn't need a separate vocal fx processor.

  • AtTENTION ANYONE thinking OF buying this synth...IT IS NOT AN UPGRADE OF THE JUNO G.

This IS not a workstation like the Juno G. YOU can not edit the sounds LIKE on the Juno G. The synth sounds, pads brass and strings SOUND like one shot samples. The pianos are awsome. So this synth is NOT for electronic music.

Roland called this the JUNO GI to mislead customers into thinking this was THE juno Gs older brother. It was worth 1200 dollars in OCT...3 months later it is barely worth 900.

  • @hellfirebeats thx for the tip mate i was considering this a good buy....

  • the best guitar sounds are on the yamaha motif keyboards....!!!

  • thanks

  • @arturionn1 конечно, интересно играть голым

  • How many effects can i blend in it? I tried to find this information on net but i couldn't find it anywhere.

  • whats the patch name of the sound hes using at like 6:40 the synth one, i just bought the this keyboard and im still looking for it.

  • Overally which one is better, Korg M50 or Roland Juno Gi?????? please help

  • which one is better in overall features? The Roland Juno Gi or the Korg M50??

  • @sudiptas57 hey, if you are looking to work in midi sequencer Gi will not work for you because you can' t do multitubler 16 track midi patch which is so stupid by roland to do that, i both it week ago and I am thinking to return it because there is no point of using it in any sequencer software if I am not going to be able to use the Gi sounds. you can just use 4 midi track patches, the good thing is the sounds are good and built in audio interface makes it convenient

  • Dam good thing, so impressed I bought one

  • @philbie000 What features do you like on the Gi?

  • @NevadaMusicUK Still waiting for it to arrive. Should be here next week.

  • @NevadaMusicUK from personal experience, i like everything...

  • @NevadaMusicUK I bought one and find that in particular, for me, being able to combine 4 different sounds at once is pretty cool. To be able to record 8 tracks, though really 16 tracks and then 16 virtual tracks along with that, is also a big plus.

Though, I find that my Yamaha DGX-625 has a much better Grand Piano sound, the crispness of the Juno-Gi, the massive amounts of sounds and effects keep me going back to the Juno.

I did wish that it was available in a 88-key format though.

  • @NevadaMusicUK Sorry, make that a Yamaha YPG-625 :)

  • @philbie000 I am jealous!

  • I'm wondering wether to get this or a Roland Ax

  • Is this a great keyboard? I want to play on computer

  • can you plug it into a mac as it has a usb port

  • as there is a usb port on it does that mean i would be able to plug it into my mac ?

  • as there is a usb port on it does that mean i would be able to plug it into my mac ?

  • seing what you get with this keyboard its a great buy, you get a gt-10 kinda, an audio interface, a frickin awesome synth and a looper what more could you ask for in such a small package

  • caught my eye at 6:38

  • Just wish it got an OS update though with MIDI sequencing, arp editing and sampling like Juno-G.

  • The Juno Gi seems to have less ability than the Juno G. Does the Juno G & Juno Gi use the same sound engine? No sampling, no SRX expansion, mono 8 track recorder.

Can someone please say more about what you get for your money compaired to the Juno G. The price of the Juno G seems to of dropped like a stone if 2nd hand sales on Ebay are anything to go by.

  • @funkb0x You get a better sound set much easier recording meaning

people complained about how to get around on the sequencing part of the JUNO G

so they made it as simple as possible...

.wave player/MP-3 player...and a one button midi controller

  • juno g? or guno gi? i cannot decide. and whats so good about a sequencer? every1 is complaining that the gi doesn't have one

  • I want it right now!!!

  • most realistic guitar sound i have ever heard

  • @sbvikings30

I have the Motif XS and I think that sounds more realistic for guitar sounds, but I demoed the Juno Gi today and I must say its synth sounds are absolutely kickass...the best, fattest sound I have heard from a hardware synthesizer....classic Roland! A must-have for me now.

  • @sbvikings30 Yes, very much agree. I've done recordings of me playing a guitar lick to the Dead Island Piano Themesong and my brother, who plays guitar, bass, and is a pro with midi and sound synthesizing thought it was a friend of mine playing on his guitar. Definitely awesome!
