wall run to back flip called "wall flip" which are actually slightly easier than back flip off the ground. I can do neither, but the one off the ground just seems harder. Scientifically.

this guy has some mad gaps. It may not look like hes better than some of the new kids out there but this guy has the original style of free running. Hes one of the best I've seen
